I prefer to shower at night because I want to keep my bedsheets clean for as long as possible, but if I'm going anywhere in the morning or during the day I would shower in the morning even if I showered the night before. If I'm at home doing nothing then I'll let it slide, especially if it's cold.

I'm the same with showering!

Though to be fair I probably shower too much, sometimes 2-3 times a day if I'm exercising. Think potentially that's partly what's causing bumps and spots on my back especially in the winter when I'm using quite hot water.
 
Girls, where can I buy those feet things that take off all of your dead skin? - mine are dusty 🤣 & I’m trying to not spend/can’t find a decent nail tech near me.

I got one of those foot peeling masks from Superdrug. It was all good until I had a big flap of dead skin hanging off my foot 🤢 Also my feet have been excessively dry ever since. Like I need to keep doing the treatment to ensure I have nice feet ☹️
 
Has anyone used this make up exchange service at Boots ? I bought foundation tonight but it’s too pale it’s been opened but only for me to try a tiny amount .

Amazon have loads of these from different brands. TK Maxx also have some fairly often. I'd recommend getting an Asian brand one cos in my experience, they work better, the reviews online will let you know what's good and what isn't.
Usually they do take longer than expected to shed off all the skin, that is what it's meant to do though. Just if you are doing this in prep for an event or something, leave plenty of time (weeks) to fully work & finish.

Honestly none. I’m drowning in stuff atm. Might get something from my asos saved items if it’s on discount but I won’t be buying anything just because it’s on offer.
Glossier have great discounts, space nk and cult beauty do great sales on beauty bits but remember unless you wanted it at full price you’re not getting a bargain buying something just because it’s on “sale”. I’ve noticed so many brands just hike the prices for a week or two and then advertise it as reduced when it’s the same price it was to begin with, So sneaky.
 
Any recommendations for a dry sensitive scalp? I realised recently I was allergic to my shampoo (Pureology Hydrate Sheer) and I’m using Garnier Ultimate Blends oat shampoo currently which is better but not great.

I’m pretty sure it’s just a sensitive scalp and not seborrhoeic dermatitis or psoriasis although I do get a bit of psoriasis on my legs. Just a dry cranky sensitive scalp (and face).

I was watching a podcast today and they were talking about Parabens. They swapped them for another chemical after an outcry and the new chemical has made people allergic to things they weren't before. It was an interesting listen.

I ve just started using Aveeno Oat shampoo for this very thing and so far so good !
