So it starts with himself waking up at 4am to his alarm, which unless he had someone else in his room he got up to film himself wake up to his alarm! Then he starts by eating a gel and a Maureen drink, in bed topless whilst checking his heart rate. He always showers before a race and didn’t sleep well.
Then he goes in the dark to the race and chat shit about positive mindset and nearly falls down a hole. He then finds some mates, one called Matt fox who is also wherein a blood glucose monitor and I think a Bester shirt although didn’t turn and it seemed like they didn’t really know each other.
Then he tried to stay with the group and packer but started to feel bad at 32km.
Then he has him running over the line with the commentator saying. You might remember him at London blah blah blah! Clip of Kelly crying on the phone.
Then he films himself so happy and getting his medal. He then films himself public ally declaring his love for Kelly and couldn’t do it without her support (obviously her baby daddy mummy helps support him) and then is back in the uk and says thank you to everyone for their multiple support in multiple blocks and he will do, you have guessed it, another video to break down the race

I should say, it was 13 minutes of my life I won’t get back… I still don’t like him. I think it’s knowing that he doesn’t do this the way that the majority of the public do, ie he doesn’t work. I’m off work at the moment, but have a baby and a 4 year old, my husband works and does on calls etc, and even though I’m not working I struggle to get my runs in. My husband seems to manage to get all his in! And then he has giveaways etc, but they get given everything for free, I know I’m going to need a new pair of trainers for marathon training, yet I don’t actually know if I will be able to afford to get them! It’s just hard watching people who can just run but they aren’t paid athletes so it shouldn’t be their only job. Maybe that’s me just feeling sorry for myself!

I hope she carries on doing sessions and putting the definitions of perseverance in her stories.

By all means run/walk Kelly but not at your hard (yes, we know it is hard but stop trying to pretend it is your easy) pace. If you can’t stop running at that pace, use your treadmill that you got gifted and dumped in your dumping ground of a garage. It’s the easiest way to stay at a slow pace and switch between that and walking. You aren’t tempted to go too fast or for too long.

Yes. Definitely will include a definition of moron in my next post.

Is this some kind of December satire… she’s going to help ppl reach their goals. She’s the most average full time runner on instagram and fails to achieve her goals 🤦‍♀️

Who the hell has given that review. I would say it was Welsh tits but there is no chance Kelly has any say whatsoever regarding his training. He does what he wants, when he wants. She had no idea about volume/intensity as proven multiple times over multiple bonks. I wouldn’t be paid to be ‘trained’ by either of those two absolute clowns.

Was that on her coaching page stories or did someone else post it? Total bollocks, she's never mentioned coaching anyone and where would she even find the time in her busy schedule of running, eating shit and cleaning and spending time with her kids and going to work?
