Just Neil. Not to turn the tenor of the conversation but will this mean they will be hiring a new male pro or bringing back an ex male pro?
I really dislike all the hate women get especially from other women.
Snowballs chance in hell that she was going to win, she was pretty awful. He obviously knew that but pushed hard to keep them in as long as possible. Pushed too hard clearly it seems.I just can’t see that he ever saw Zara as a serious contender to win and that line is being used to try and excuse dodgy behaviour.
I'm assuming Aljaz is the replacement? Not to turn the tenor of the conversation but will this mean they will be hiring a new male pro or bringing back an ex male pro?
Gross misconduct suggests something more than just being rude or forceful. That would usually be a warning. It must be something quite extreme that could affect contestants safety/and or physical or mental health, or sexually inappropriate. Either one major event, or a pattern of behaviour.
Inappropriate physical and verbal behaviour certainly could be of a sexual nature and gross misconduct if it was considered harassment or an abuse of power and witnessed by others being done at work. Zara could have been caught up in the strictly bubble at the time and only now realise it was inappropriate once others complained.
Honestly, I don't think any of this would be coming out if it wasn't for Amanda. Things like this have probably been going on for years but I don't think they thought they would ever have someone like Amanda who just won't stand for it. Now they have to look at other things as well.

I’ve made no secret of the fact I was #TeamAmanda right from when she was announced, but I do think she’s shown incredible strength in being the first person to stand up and say ‘no, not acceptable’ given that the show is clearly very questionable in terms of how people are treated.
I know a few past contestants have hinted that they found it an unpleasant experience, but no one put their head above the parapet quite so emphatically before her. And the threats and abuse she and her family have received are utterly despicable.
This feels like the tip of the iceberg

that’s also not even mentioning (i know lots of posters here have brought it up) how many competing athletes have suffered big, sometimes career changing, injuries.
It's possible he is but the pros for this series had already been announced almost a month before he was so I would have thought they'd announce Gio's replacement then. Aljaz just seems very last minute so that's why I think he's replacing Graz.Thought Alijaz was replacing Giovanni?
The Will Bayley injury was really bad! Didn’t they have him jump off a table or something and he was out of play for a yearthis
