Stacey seems nice but I don't know how she isn't more wary of settling down with a man who has been married 3 times and such short marriages. I'd feel paranoid all the time that my expiry date was up.

My lasting memory of Kevin is the opening dance in the final a few years back and he’s on the stairs giving it big licks to I Wanna Dance With Somebody. Possibly the most cringe, ick inducing thing I’ve ever seen.

Possible unpopular opinion but I’m not a huge fan of same sex couples. I understand the significance of it of course - I just mean from a purely dancing point of view. I don’t think you get the same effect or contrast as you do with a man and a woman.

How odd. Karen herself left a nice comment on Stacey’s post congratulating her so there doesn’t seem to be any bad blood between them.
Strictly Twitter is one of my favourite rabbit holes to fall down because it’s such a crazy and entertaining place. So many people with such strong opinions on professional ballroom dancers!

One of the worst!? Aside from Bacofoil, which strictly speaking wasn’t a showdance, the only one I can remember that was worse than Stacey and Kevin’s monstrosity was Chris Parker running around in a cape like a 4 year old pretending to be Superman. And at least Chris Parker’s was funny.
