It’s okay, I’ll have him lolI thought it was really good. Not as good as normal people, but an easier watch. Thought he was excellent, really charismatic. Hes not my type at all but he’s beautiful.
Coffee shop dex for me I think.I think Unidays Dex is my favourite
I think a lot of people would mind Emma‘s character less, if she looked like Daisy Edgar-Jones.
Yes to Damon, in the later episodes there was a side profile where I thought exactly this!Omg. I am SICK with nostalgia! The music, the clothes…
I am a hard hearted cynic but I bawled. I just loved this series so much.
Dex was such a ride… he kept reminding me of young Damon Albarn and I cried again at my lost youth. I’m going to take to my bed for a day now and think ‘what if?’
Waaah

For me, it's not about the looks, it's that the actress isn't good in this role. She doesn't capture the essence of who she is written as.
To me, the actress portrays Em as someone that swings between two states; someone with a bad smell under their nose and someone with a really bad smell under their nose.Tbh in hindsight I think Emma was just badly written. At least at the very first time they meet she’s supposed to be loud and opinionated, this Emma is a wilting flower. I do think she comes into herself more as they get older and definitely in Paris onwards. But it doesn’t feel like book Em.

I didnt think there was chemistry until Paris and I think at that point for me Ambika‘s acting was brilliant and she became the Emma who you could see who Dex loved. The script and direction maybe didn’t help her, a permanent sucked lemon face doesn’t show defence and insecurity. But after they got together and her character relaxed and knew she was his equal she was lovely and her wit was funny rather than bitter
I also am as someone else here has said confused at ending, did that kiss at Edinburgh really happen cos if it did I can’t see how they would have separated. The Christmas thing if she had been awake would they have got together. That was a sliding doors moment so was the kiss him dreaming it might have been
For all sad words of tongue and pen, the saddest are these, “It might have been.” – John Greenleaf Whittier.Yes, it was Dex reminiscing on what could have been...........
