In the app if you go to shop and then click food you should get food in store. I had to update my app a few weeks back to get it

I placed my Ocado Christmas order ages ago and there were no turkeys, no frozen ones, no fresh, no crowns, nothing. I assumed they’d become available closer to Xmas. The other day I looked again and still nothing. I emailed Ocado customer service who told me that M&S had hugely under-ordered & recommended I buy one elsewhere.
I’ve just looked on the app again to fine tune my Xmas order and so may M&S things are out of stock. I’m sure it wasn’t this bad when Ocado delivered Waitrose stuff
 
I’ve said this before on this thread but I cannot shout it louder. If you have tried the chilled frites or the M&S frozen French fries) and you’ve thought them a bit dry, then cook them from fresh, or frozen and add more oil (I use groundnut but any will do) to them to give them a genuine deep fried fried super crispy taste. I’m not talking a lot of oil, , I’m talking about a drizzle of oil all over them then mix on non stick parchment paper. Bake with fan or airfry according to instructions but keep an eye, depending on oven will take longer to get that deep fried golden taste.season with fine sea salt. Game changer.
 
We cancelled our Christmas Ocado order because although we had a smart pass we never got the early slots and by the time the Christmas slots opened for us, stuff was oos. In fact, we’ve cancelled our smartpass too. I was also annoyed by the minimum £90 spend. There’s only 2 of us and we don’t spend that. Finally, I was annoyed that the offers when you order don’t get carried over to the delivery like they used to. If you order 6 weeks in advance (like with the Christmas one), it’s really difficult to plan. Well it is for me.

I ordered from Waitrose yesterday morning (sat) and it’s coming today (sun). I could never get an order that quickly round here for ocado.

They’ve decided in their wisdom not to do it and spend their money on hiring idiots like Spencer Matthews, Mark from Towie and other nobody influencers. Along with discontinuing the only properly nice thing they’ve made in years.

All the stores do this, it's so annoying. Literally such a cheap way of bulking up the meal. the M&S Best ever Tikka could do with 50% extra rice which would cost them about 2p but make the meal 100% more satisfying.
