Liam Payne #5

Again the whole trashing the room/hookers thing seems off to me from reading the messages that were leaked. Who tells a prostitute in WhatsApp they need to tidy the hotel room before them coming over?

Somebody who trashed their room and doesn't want the prostitutes to be scared away as soon as they see the state of the place.

And he was ordering so much booze from the hotel but there was only one glass of wine that was nearly full by the perfectly broken TV after he’d been in there all afternoon with 2 girls supposedly? No wonder the conspiracies are out as absolutely none of it adds up to me 🤔

The booze he had been ordering wouldn't still have been the room, because they drank it. They were hardly buying it to put it on display on the mantlepiece.

A section of Maya's book where she describes how "Oliver" would get off his face on drugs, trash the room, then head for the balcony.
I'm sure there'll be people who will say she made it all up, because Liam of course definitely never did any of those things, but anyway...

New to this thread so apologies in advance if this topic has already been exhausted but has there been any information released on whether Kate Cassidy will be receiving any money or any of Liams possessions?

I know from her TikTok on how her and Liam met she was working as a waitress so I’m guessing she didn’t have a lot of her own money before him. I never followed her whilst she was an influencer, did she do any substantial brand deals or is the general consensus that she lived off of Liams money?

Random rambling here but their relationship seemed really odd and mismatched, I genuinely don’t know what to think of this girl or of Liam himself. There’s something creepy and uncanny about Kate especially her face. I’m not trying to sound nasty but when all of this happened and I looked through her social media, it’s like my body shuddered when I watched her face or heard her speak in her tiktoks. There seems to be something ‘off’ about her and I also can’t believe she’s younger than me she looks so much older!

Back to the topic of money, again has anything been released regarding his will/would she be included on it? I know she posted a note that Liam had written he had hopes of them getting married but I wonder if he was being genuine when he wrote that or just trying to be cute. Surely if he did plan on marrying her, she would be included on his will. I would imagine celebrities have to update their will often as a lot is at stake if anything were to happen to them. Do people think Kate will return to influencing and if so how would she even successfully do it, people would inevitably never stop commenting about Liam/asking her questions about everything that happened.

I wonder is she allowed to take/or if she will steal any of Liam’s possessions especially ones that are worth a lot, to sell them in order to try keep herself afloat if it turns out that she isn’t entitled to anything.

Who randomly sends their instagram link to prostitutes too? He barely used insta.
This part I believe because

1) The 1d guys behaviour was like this in the early days. Even recently zayns leaked messages this year started on a dating app. He doesn't use Instagram much either, but he sent the girl his Instagram and messaged her showing it was his account.

2) Liam's verified with millions of followers so I can buy that he would send that as a way to seal the deal. It wouldn't be the first time a celebrity has used their fame for sex

3) when the Maya video went viral, people posted DMs from his Instagram, so again, although he hardly used it publicly, he could've easily used it on the low

I have seen an article floating around stating she will not be looking to claim from his estate, because she understands it’s not hers to claim and she is more concerned about Bear having financial security. She will just continue to make money from social media.

Whatever happened between them, even if there's only an ounce of truth in the book, I don't think it can be denied that their relationship was unhealthy and toxic. Especially for how young she was, it was potentially her first 'adult' relationship.
Sadly he already seemed to be surrounded by enablers and 'yes men', cleaning up his messes, sourcing him drugs etc. Yes she had money etc, but when the even older adults she's surrounded by are acting like it's normal for this to be happening it's bound to be easy to get swept up in all the madness.
An absolute shame for both of them, that he was not in the position then to conquer his demons, and an even bigger shame now that he never will.

Tbh, I think his money is the least of her worries… her boyfriend died hours after cheating on her with prostitutes. I’m sure she’ll make a decent wage as an Influencer

Re: the Cheryl relationship, I never thought she groomed him, but I did think it was weird that she dated a guy she had originally met as a 14 year old boy then again as a 16yr old boy but I always thought it was her desire to be a mum and be in a relationship and the celeb dating pool is so small to choose from that she went with him. However, after watching and reading up on Liam since his passing I found a video of Cheryl's ice bucket challenge which was in 2014 and the 1st person she nominates is Liam, is that not weird? I know people nominated their friends not just partners, and celebs all nominated each other but a grown woman who didn't really seem to have much to do with Liam at that time made him her 1st nomination instead of her other celeb friends or GA bandmates. Their whole relationship was odd imo but I thought they didn't really have much to do with each other since XFactor days until they met up again after 1D split.

Iv also saw and read some old interviews where Liam says he was scared of Cheryl at times and other things - I get the feeling she called the shots a lot esp once Bear came along and she dictates a lot even before his MH & addiction issues.

Seeing a lot of clips of his relationships from an outsider point of view and just what i see (others may see differently) his earlier relationships with the dancer and his other gf that I think was after her with a normal job seemed to suit him better and they seemed sweet together. I also get the feeling that he was quite co-dependent (particularly post 1D) and his relationship with Kate seemed to be a bit like Justin &Hayley Beiber in that they are always together and very rarely apart, seems very needy and co-dependent of each other, didn't have their own lives away from each other. Its like Liam needed someone whether it was friends, his gf or that manager around him at all times 24/7.

I've never thought she groomed him either, by the time they would have got closer he was just as well known and wealthy as her if not more so, so the power imbalance would have been more equal, probably the closest in any of his public relationships to be fair.
Deffo can't get on board with the whole she tricked him into being a father speculation either, he was definitely old enough at that point to know all about protection 🙈
Interesting she nominated him for the Ice Bucket Challenge like two years before their relationship was announced though, even if they were just mates at that point!
If their relationship was longer than anyone thought and they managed to keep it private, good for them (and bonus points that just the thought of that will drive Dan Wooton mad 🤣).

I know liam maybe didn't see bear often but tbh as a child who's came from two parents with addictions, one of those addictions started because I had a parent who worked away from home for months at a time and it was easy for them to pick up those bad habits away from the family home. Unfortunately that parent died from their addiction and it doesn't make it easier that they were away from home as much and I'd therefore be "used" to them not being there. It adds an extra layer to the grief as its more time you've lost with them that you won't get back. I hope Cheryl will have Liams family around Bear as often as they can be and also takes Louis and anyone else up on their offer of being an "uncle" figure to him as it would probably help Bear a lot especially as he gets older to not feel "alone" without his dad, they can tell him the stories about his dad that only they would know and fill his heart up with the real version of his dad especially as Liams dad as well as I dont think theres many males in the family. It's hard being an only child and to lose a parent so young as well his little world will have gotten so much smaller.

This is exactly what Liam's dad has told their legal representative that Roger was told by him about Liam. He told Roger that Liam must not be left alone & always kept busy. Which makes those last 3 days in Argentina even more sinister as Kate had left, Roger put Liam in that hotel, alone, after taking him from the Polo club where the owner had said they were welcome to stay as long as needed. The Argentinian fans have also said they had been updated each time Liam was moved, from the original hotel to the Air B&B, then from there to the Polo club, then they were told he was leaving for the airport with Kate so they all went to the airport. They then had no idea then where he was until news of his passing broke.

Looking through both Liam & Kates posts as well as what's available online elsewhere, Roger was always there, until those last 3 days, the last 1 especially. Why suddenly leave Liam alone and more so when you know he's in a dark place and allegedly trying to source alcohol & drugs?

I've been following the whole situation closely since the news broke over 8 weeks ago and so much just doesn't add up. There is absolutely more to it than just an alcohol/drugs episode that ended with Liam loosing his life.

Praying for Liam's family, his wee boy, that the truth is found to give them the closure needed.

TMZ have a new documentary coming out including interviews with both Roger and the waiter. Even more confused with the Argentinian justice system now, how can they give worldwide interviews without prejudicing the investigation!?
I assume even when the UK Inquest eventually happens it'll most likely be death by misadventure (anyone not from the UK, that basically means death caused by a risk taken voluntarily) since whatever happened in the run up to it, he did still approach the balcony himself 😞

The prostitutes just made me sad overall, shows how addiction can just turn you into a shell of yourself. As Cheryl once claimed he's the only one who was never unfaithful, to go from that to calling prostitutes within what 48 hours of Kate leaving?!
most guys don't class getting prostitute as cheating

Really? I just see it as the inevitable end to a life of someone sadly too far gone in addiction to be able to rationalise anything. That with unlimited wealth and boredom, meant he just lost the plot and it ended in tragedy.

I think this is the main trail of thought for me, was it indeed inevitable?
I've said before that if the hotel had called the police etc as soon as the reception business started he'd be well and truly embarrassed but he'd be alive.
If potentially he'd had some consequences for his actions earlier, I'm talking about at least during whatever the heck happened with Maya, he'd be shamed, embarrassed, might never sell a single again, but his son would have his father and his parents their son.
I think it's sadly been a long road to the fall from the balcony, and yes yes Liam was an adult and responsible for his own actions, but where do we draw the line? If Mayas recollections are accurate, and he had documented mental health issues, at the very least he should have potentially been reviewed to be detained under the Mental Health Act for his own safety, let alone anyone else's.
Legally whether he was failed is still up for investigation, morally though I do feel he must have been failed somewhere 😔

There defo would have been a power imbalance between her & Liam. Like how many times had she been married before she got with Liam? But I don’t think it was anything weird. They’ve never publically slagged eachother off. I think they just loved eachother & it didn’t work out.

Sadly though, Liam was deep in the the throes of addiction and there was always a big chance he’d succumb to it. Yes if the police had been called he might still be alive, but I’d imagine that he wouldn’t have dealt with the embarrassment well and the spiral would have continued. Liam clearly wanted to be liked and didn’t take all of the gossip about him well. Being embarrassed, shamed, never selling a single again… he wouldn’t have coped well with that.

TMZ?? The same company/news outlet that posted his last ever photo? If Roger was any kind of "friend" he wouldn't go anywhere near that company. The waiter I wouldn't expect that much care or thought from seen as he didn't really have any ties or emotional/friendly past with Liam. I personally wouldn't speak out on a friend like that but if you were going to speak out or do an interview surely you would go elsewhere with a different outlet rather than the scummy TMZ. There are less scummy ones out there, that didn't post about his passing or post pics before the family were made aware or released a statement.
