As a previous poster said, those honorary degrees should NOT be under Education, she did not learn anything at those institutions. This is boiling my piss. People save and work and scrimp and sacrifice to attend university and achieve their degrees. She did SFA. They need to be booted out of that section and into the correct one.
In my OFFICE, the organization has a number of committees whose members are unpaid volunteers from relevant industry groups and the like. One of these members listed their participation on the committee in the "employment" section of their LinkedIn profile. Someone on the same committee reported that to LinkedIn, and the member was told to put it in the correct section or have his account deleted. He made the change.
So LinkedIn will take action with account holders that post misleading information on their profiles, if it's reported. Just saying.
