Oh, an exaggerated ailment! And on a deadline day too, nobody could have seen it coming! Here are a few of my guesses:
-failed vampire bite
-reoccurrence of the SEVERE tomato allergy
-hives caused by EXTREME stress
-Dash was fully over her tit and kicked her in the face
-long COVID
-spray paint fumes

Needs a decongestant for the sinus issues. Or boil a kettle, dissolve sea or rock salt (normal salt WILL NOT DO), allow it to cool to blood temperature, irrigate nostrils/sinuses with it. Might be better to irrigate, as decongestants can interact with ADHD meds, so aren't recommended to be mixed. Stay well away from Volatile Organic Compounds in spray paints or in melting plastic liners of tin cans.
