So... bets on what this is a distraction for. I'd like to think it's not just because of THE book, but this JM. There has always got to be a physical manifestation of an issue as well as any technical issue. However
all she needs is a good red lipstick (from that fab lady dr) and the latest eyeshadow pallet and I'm sure she'll be dandy. Or maybe she can ask Smolbots to do something to solve these ouchy issues, he can make a lady lipstick dr bot 😂

Reaction to homemade bubble bath?

Falling asleep on the electric blanket?

Shaving - sorry, dermaplaning - and then adding an expensive moisturiser to the newly exfoliated skin?

ETA: hold something very cold against it and get on with what you're supposed to be doing. A frozen fish in a silicone bag should suffice.

Oh hell if this is what she finally chooses to use those undeserved #gifted fish for I won't be able to cope. Pie Jesu!

My favourite bit of Jack nonsense may be this:

The most minor of minor ailments - rashes, ouchy mouths, splinters - lead to sleepness nights howling in agony, consuming the entire contents of her medicine cabinet, attempting herbal remedies, seeking medical attention, etc, etc.

And yet she was SILENT throughout her THIRTY-HOUR LABOUR, which culminated in her watching her own caesarian.

I am childfree and have never experienced the feeling of an entire human being angrily attempting to exit my body, but my friends who are mothers assure me that it is no walk in the park.

Was about to pack up for the day but need to stick around to see how this rash plays out. I'm exhausted 😠

Don't bother. She's claiming to have overdosed on NSAIDs, analgesics, topical treatments and everything else.

She'll be claiming anaphylaxis, periorbital abscess, falling down the stairs in agony, mock delirium and long short long acute chronic Covid by 2.30am.
