I’ve been rewatching it on weeknights. I’m more than halfway through s2 at the moment. Also thinking of skipping the end. 😂

I remember the first time watching the Red Wedding and being sat there like:



Then my mum got into it and I was asking who her fave character was and she was like “Oh I quite like Robb, I can’t wait until he beats that little tit Joffrey and becomes king.” 😬 lmao
 
Just caught up with episode 4. Thought it was a better episode than last week and it held my attention throughout. Couldn’t help but laugh at the auditions for Mr Rhaenyra at the start of the show until they took a grim turn with that sword wielding kid.

Thought the Daemon/Rhaenyra fumble was going to be the most cringeworthy scene in episode 4 - but then I saw Viserys and Alicent!

Wondering how Rhaenyra’s marriage to the sea snake’s son will work out and what will happen with Ser Christon, of whom she seems rather fond! Also wondering if Otto Hightower will turn out to be a dangerous enemy for Viserys.
Would be interesting to see Melisandre return at some point.
 
how has it taken so long for sex/ual scenes in mainstream TV to be directed by women/made for the female gaze, that by the time a good one's come around, we've gotten to the point where we'll tolerate incest on TV 😭 😭 😭 it proper makes you realise how many sex scenes are designed for the male gaze lol

Such a good point! That same director has a few more episodes coming up so hopefully we get more 🤣
