I'm 27 but I don't like most technology , and prefer old fashioned methods of certain things. 😬

I don't like Apple products. Or Amazon (having worked there)

"Damaged goods" and "daddy issues" are horrible, victim blaming phrases

Pronouns are futile and self indulgent

I feel sorry for how foxes and rodents (and animals in general actually) are treated by people, it's their world too

A lot of things in life are fake and pretentious these days

Minimum wage should be like £20 an hour.

Hearing people say "daddy issues" gives me the ick. I had a mate who used to proudly say she had daddy issues as she felt it made her popular with lads and they would think she was good in bed. I tit you not, she actually said that!

1. Gender pronouns. She/her? I don’t understand why this is required.
I have a name where often people don’t know if I’m male or female but assume male. I get a lot of emails at work saying ‘top man’ ‘alright fella’ and then when I meet them or they call it’s well awkward. If I put she/her on my signature it would stop that. I don’t have it though cos I cba and it’s quite amusing 🤣

So do I actually! And same it doesn’t bother me really and quite funny when you explain to them.

I don't believe sexual assault is ever anyone's "fault". I especially hate the idea that men can't control themselves around an attractive woman which is insulting to both women and men. They aren't wild animals.

Men who brag about "I can go out alone at night without worrying" or "I don't have to check the back seat of my car before I get in" are idiots. Men are statistically more likely to be victims of street crime than women; I hope you will never be mugged or carjacked in a vulnerable situation.

I don't believe there can ever be "too much of a good thing." We don’t "need" sadness to appreciate joy, or bad times to appreciate good ones.

I don’t understand why for the last few years there seems to be a competition on social media of who will have their Christmas decs up early!! You can guarantee we see some from 1st November. This never used to be a thing (that I noticed anyway) and now people try and do it earlier and earlier to prove how much they love Christmas.

I remember as a kid we would put them up two weeks before Xmas and then started doing the 1st and even that felt early but it made sense!

this is the thing with social media though!! Before everyone posted their lives no way would Xmas decs be put up that early as no one could ‘like’ & comment!!

McDonalds is gorgeous and anyone who trots out the old “Eughhh McDonald’s tastes like cardboard!” is a lying prick who just wants to sound cool.
.

Being fat is nothing to be proud of, it’s not particularly hard to achieve. No amount of ‘body positivity’ activism will convince me otherwise. Maybe it’s actually themselves they’re trying to convince.
I completely agree with you with these two points.

It makes me feel uncomfortable that someone with male bits and the strength of a man is allowed to come in to the ladies toilets just by saying they identify as a woman. Totally understand that someone who is transitioning won’t feel comfortable in a male toilet and their safety may also be at risk. I actually think they should just put in an extra section, male, female and unisex for anyone who doesn’t wish to identify as either or feels uncomfortable using the others.

I know someone who puts their decorations up in late August / early September.
