Another one of mine: while I don't believe in the "fat positivity" movement I don't think news publications should comment on someone's weight where it is not relevant. There's no reason to do it other than to encourage making fun of fat people. I remember a lot of news reports about Vanessa George highlighted that she weighed around 20st - as if that's somehow worse than the fact that she seriously abused children too young to have started school yet?

If someone does their Christmas shopping far in advance, it is not Christmas shopping, it is merely shopping ( especially aimed at people who brag about being finished before the clocks have changed. )
These are usually the people who go back to normal at boxing day, instead of the festive season lasting till new year . (I'm not a Grinch, despite how this sounds).

Adults who don't want children have lives that are just as mundane as their contemporaries who have children. Those that tell people otherwise, protest too much.

People ( ladies) who have boob jobs / extensions etc are just highlighting the fact that they are/were insecure about their looks

I do not understand the appeal at all.

IMO The greatest female artists of all time are Janis Joplin and Stevie Nicks. Now they are 2 legends :)

McDonalds is gorgeous and anyone who trots out the old “Eughhh McDonald’s tastes like cardboard!” is a lying prick who just wants to sound cool.

The BLM organization is a simple money making scam for those at the top so they can buy homes in California.

Being fat is nothing to be proud of, it’s not particularly hard to achieve. No amount of ‘body positivity’ activism will convince me otherwise. Maybe it’s actually themselves they’re trying to convince.

Jesy Nelson isn’t a black fish but rather a mixed fish/racially ambiguous fish, with possible hints of Latin/Arab fish. Basically, she’s chasing the aesthetic(s) that’s in style right now, that many other (and not just white) ladies are chasing.

2. Stupid wee girls that are all over guys in a nightclub then claim sexual assault. duck off, you’ve just ruined that guys life because you changed your mind, and take away from ACTUAL victims.
3. Everyone jumping on this “we hate men”bandwagon. Some of the tit I’ve read is unbearable. Someone actually tweeted that one time they were walking at night and they felt scared because there was a man behind them. Sorry, what?
4. You shouldn’t plan to have a child if you know you can’t afford them.
5. I also hate Halloween.
6. I bloody love Christmas though.

Is this enough to get banned?
 
As a white, middle class woman, it pisses me off that I can’t have an opinion on certain matters. I’m more of a sit back and listen kinda gal but sometimes, not often and rarely overly controversial, I have an opinion at work, and because there are people who are poc/ gender neutral/ mothers, I’m not allowed to say what I feel.

i don’t like my family, I tolerate them. They’re all label obsessed and don’t listen to anyone. Family gatherings are horrendous.

Disney is tit and adults who are obsessed with it blow my mind. I just don’t get it.

Yorkshire puddings are overrated.

Body positivity isnt necessarily about being proud - its about not being treated like tit *just because* someone is fat. When someone is very slim, there is concern. When someone is overweight, there is shame and ridicule.

Not sure if it is unpopular but I hate giving out candy to kids on Halloween. Basically I don't give a tit about kids in costumes. We gave out candy as we felt...obligated to. Then covid came along and we had an excuse not to last year, and we are not giving it out again this year 🙂.
Halloween is crazy here compared to the UK. We get a few hundred kids in the night. The main street beside us has a crazy set up and gets thousands of kids 🙃. We are in a suburb well outside the city centre btw.

I don't like Apple products. Or Amazon (having worked there)

"Damaged goods" and "daddy issues" are horrible, victim blaming phrases

Pronouns are futile and self indulgent

I feel sorry for how foxes and rodents (and animals in general actually) are treated by people, it's their world too

A lot of things in life are fake and pretentious these days

Minimum wage should be like £20 an hour.

Id definitely feel uneasy if I was alone around a bloke or group of men. Not just of the more extreme end of rape, but even just bantering because you cant always be sure of what they'll say or do next. Ive had my arse slapped, verbally abuse, sexually assaulted etc just going about my own business. 🤢

I hate Apple products. I am an android user through and through. Apple is overpriced garbage.
