As a white, middle class woman, it pisses me off that I can’t have an opinion on certain matters. I’m more of a sit back and listen kinda gal but sometimes, not often and rarely overly controversial, I have an opinion at work, and because there are people who are poc/ gender neutral/ mothers, I’m not allowed to say what I feel.

i don’t like my family, I tolerate them. They’re all label obsessed and don’t listen to anyone. Family gatherings are horrendous.

Disney is tit and adults who are obsessed with it blow my mind. I just don’t get it.

Yorkshire puddings are overrated.
Hating on Yorkshire puddings is the most shocking thing I've read on this thread yet!

Primark isn’t that great.

Harry Potter is the worst thing ever.

The Rolling Stones are better than the Beatles.
I am totally with you on the Stones v Beatles!

Many many years ago, I used to work on the Bounty brand. Apparently 80% of us are coconut rejectors, and only 20% coconut acceptors. Niche market then.

I used to think I disliked coconut just because I don't like Bounty. Then I fell in love with a coconut flavoured chocolate from Doisy and Dam - expensive tastes or am I just a Bounty rejector?

To add on what @WilmaHun said - Christmas Dinners are just glorified roasts. Mostly they are rubbish and a lot of the meal itself seems to get left,

I don't care about the future of the planet that much it's just the new trendy thing to jump on

Most far Left commentators and activists go for soft targets (Basically the ones that fit in with their peer group or get them the most likes)

I wish adverts would stop shoving wokeness down our necks. I don't believe as a movement it is that progressive and just seems to put people in more boxes and categories than before.

Yes, I dont get why every advert has to show a multicultural family? I mean, I get that its good that it is being raised, but every single advert I see nowadays seems to sling in an obligatory BAME character, and for very many of us that's not how life is. Where I live, we have one Chinese family, one mixed race family and um that's it. It's not an issue for me, but I can imagine that for many locals round here it's not seen as inclusive but actually quite intrusive. Chuck in that I'm on the SE Coast, so plenty of immigrants risking their lives in plastic dinghies who are not welcomed due to the strain they put on local resources. I dont know, I feel very sorry for those who risk their life in the Channel for want of a better life, and terrified for them too.
