Back to day 1 again. Cried the toilets at work today. Ma week to go till my drs appointment. I really hope something comes from it. My blood tests show PCOS. Any idea of what they'll do next from anyone in the same boat? Thinking of everyone on this thread.
Back to Day 1 for me as well. It came a day early compared to last month, to add insult to injury.

I had a hysteroscopy in August to remove a polyp and am now 3 days late for my period, BFN, and can't get rid of the ..."or am I pregnant?" despite solid evidence to the contrary. I feel like I had the most clockwork period in the world until I started TTC earlier this year and now it's all over the gaff and causing a constant emotional rollercoaster at the end of every cycle

Day one for me as well 😔💔

I try not to symptom spot, or see what the potential due date would be and get carried away with it all but I never learn.

So many mums at the nursery are pregnant. I need to have a good cry and crack on.

I totally get that. I tell myself I’ll stop taking my BBT for example and then I don’t.
Sending hugs. It’s really hard when it seems everyone Is pregnant except you.

omg i was searching this very thing up online and i use tattle daily but didnt expect this issue to be on a thread here.. i had a hysteroscopy a few months ago and havent had a period since (they werent regular before though tbh) but i think i might be pregnant with how ive been feeling. but lines are so faint i dont trust them not to be evap lines so im waiting for better lines or digital I wondered if anyone else had the same experience after a hystoscopy and it turns out that quite a few people who havnt been able to concieve have actually fallen pregnant after the procedure..

Fingers crossed for you.

We are trying and used the clearblue purple ovulation tests where i got a peak/solid smiley face on wednesday am and had the flashing ones from friday onwards - has anyone else used these and been successful on the flashing days? it's all so confusing. I have been using flo but this is the first month

Wondering if anyone can advise. So I had, what I thought was my period, a few days ago (a browny discharge - Sorry TMI) but nothing since. My period was officially due yesterday and I’m getting BFN on tests. Has anyone else been in a similar boat? I’m over 14 days DPO so surely the test would be positive if pregnant?

Oh best of luck to you - I hope it's worked out for you! Holding out hope you get your BFP.

As it turns out I got my period a day after I posted that. I had the hysteroscopy in August and had a horrifically heavy period about a week later, and second (late) period in September too. I've had some irregularity with my period for a while now so hard to tell if this is as a direct result of the procedure. I hadn't heard anything about more likely to conceive post op, though I'd heard the same thing before I had my SIS done which revealed the polyp back in May...it's hard to get your hopes up about these things.

yes these tests worked well for me, used them alongside the flo app and had success fairly quickly thankfully. Sending you good luck wishes xx

Thanks I'm literally confused by testing ATM. I've used strips and am convinced there is a line but it's darker later in the day if I test and not in the morning if I test. I've ordered some different tests that will hopefully arrive over the weekend as our local store only seems to have the really expensive ones in. I'm holding out hope.
I wanted to try frer but there are none in the shops here.

I have had just five periods this year as my body is playing havoc two really heavy and three really light and then non now since June I think it is.but only this week have I started to see what I think is faint lines but when I follow up the next morning it again seems like less there than the evening before then in the evening I see it again. Bizarre my head hurts with it all tbh.

I would say if you're getting multiple positive lines, faint or not, it's likely positive. It'd be unusual to get evap lines every time. What tests are you using? You can post a pic of the tests here but please do so under a spoiler as it's hard to see positives for some x

I will later on when I'm home. Not sure how to do the spoiler alerts though I will search that up.

I've used both wandfo and one step. Getting faint lines during the testing period but only later in the day.

I've taken pics but they are more visible irl than on the pics. They won't upload for some reason

I'm hoping that a line on different brands is not evap lines.

Hi everyone!
Just started trying for a baby, my period can be irregular, my average cycle is around 40 days.
I have bought the easy@home tests and downloaded the premom app.
How often should I take the tests?
Am I best to take them in the morning?

Hi, normally it says to start after your period and to test at the same time each day, I think normally it’s best to take them mid morning or early afternoon.
If you’re cycle is regular you will probably ovulate around 14 days before your period is due so day 26 ish but if you start testing earlier you are more likely to catch it. Make sure you log any symptoms especially cervical mucus as that will tell me when I’m ovulation and I take the tests to evidence it.
Good luck !
