We need to remember that John believes that everyone that follows him is obese , looks like mama June , wears leggings and floral dresses & he will not believe any different . There is absolutely no room for the possibility that people have less to lose . No one is allowed to have a disability that stops them exercising because he follows a guy with no legs that runs on a treadmill . No one is allowed to be on meditation or be going through menopause that could slow weightloss .
At least C has done research on these things to be able to advise people .
Bring on the micro rice & jarred pasta sauce at the weekend
I can’t wait to see how he presents this in his fridge !

98 days, - I’m giving John 7 days and he will
Be too stressed to continue.
no days off! But last week he was having his birthday off.
Can’t be doing with this “you have to earn a Christmas dinner” I’ll enjoy a Christmas dinner with my family regardless if I lose 3 stone or not (just to clarify John when you read this, if I lose 3 stone I’d be down to 4 1/2 so not a mama June) as it’s tradition and will “burn off” my dinner, by playing with kids and getting out for a Boxing Day walk with my FAMILY

He’ll celebrate Xmas as he did last year with the dogs & 2 kebabs . Then he’ll print off another calendar & rant about how many stones you can lose before Easter because no one wants to be fat in summer .
Anyone any idea how he’s going to keep up his meal prep , gym , no days off etc when Dr comes over ? I can’t see her being a reheated microwave rice type of girl

Tmpwhatever, really missed the Christmas boat. Why oh why didn’t he start 100 days till Christmas? So TMPK only works twice a year, summer and Christmas. Genius concept 😂. Then he moved and lost his 💩. He’s still loosing his 💩. What has he done to his garden? Cheap cash and carry fake grass and some concrete coffins. I couldn’t understand why he just couldn’t put his ‘stuff’ away in cupboard. It’s obvious he’s got too much ‘stuff’ and needs to get rid of it. The room that sold him the house… the attic is surprisingly never mentioned. His love life I see has been up and down. All things quiet with Mrs 🇺🇸 coming to tour 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🇮🇪 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. I believe he is drinking more than ever. Not to the extent of his vile lives 2 years ago. He is currently functioning. Still a drunken boring sad person.

There’s something going on in the background because he’s been quietly raging all day, you can tell on the calendar video and effing and jeffing on the dog walk. What’s the matter Johnny Boy? Have you had your ready meal tonight?

And now he has moved on from fat shaming to thin privilege. Look it up JtC. I'm not denying it exists because it absolutely does but you're making people that already feel bad a whole lot worse by going from one to the other.
What I'm really interested in though is that he's not pushing his app at all - it's the books and app's moment to shine right now. Get the sales in to support this 97 days but he's not seeing it though.
RIP the crApp. You did your job and fooled his mortgage company. He's laying you to rest at the 12 months anniversary. Too much hard work for him to administer. Lazy old man
 
Amazing that he slags off starting a diet in January which is when he’s said his 1-2-1’s start!!

Good that his fencing being done - not ideal thin fence posts (2 batons?) but an improvement.

Have to laugh at the dog bed company said no need to post …is that because everyone will now swerve buying from the company if they are going to gift such a narcissist vile person that’s what they can expect!

Was about to report but it appears he’s learning about declaring now- honestly Johnnie boy if you listened to all our advice you really would become successful!!
 
Genuinely awful stories today. Saying to overweight people that others are constantly judging you, other mums in the school playground are looking at you and thinking about your lifestyle is shocking. Hard to emphasise enough how counter productive that is for losing weight. Ranting on about how he wouldn’t employ an overweight person if he ran a business - you don’t and couldn’t run a business John! Saying fat people aren’t good role models for children - he has no relationship with his kids who now want nothing to do with him!

He clearly HATES women, absolutely seething just below the surface about them. Frightening tbh.
 
Methinks he’s spending more time on getting gifted items than he is on anything else and those companies are being very dumb and not doing due diligence. They are just swayed by his follower count , not looking at engagement or his criminal history, morals, ethics etc. He’s not a general lifestyle influencer but they are assuming he is! Incredible that companies can just gift so much away without checking - their marketing/pr dept is slacking!!
