I am becoming increasingly concerned for someone who thinks this sort of thing is acceptable, and the few Hardcores he has who think it too. Some of them women themselves (although who knows if they aren’t just John’s multiple personalities)

He gets more Black Mirror by the day (Google it John)
 
I think it’s so telling who the brains behind TMPK really was. Charlotte’s Instagram is so consistent with meal prep and she seems to be doing well with her clients too. Regardless if she’s at all qualified to even have clients (that’s a whole other thing), she is so consistent and professional publicly which is crucial when you have a business. They are light years apart.

Oh 100% she was the one behind it all . He’s made a mess of it since she left him . I do believe she’s moved house along the line , had numerous health problems etc & still kept everything going with her business . She seems lovely . They have 2 completely different attitudes . How she stuck him all these years is beyond me . I’m sure she looks at his account & especially his comments & is glad she’s away from him .
I often wonder when I see the way he replies to people . What that girl had to put up with & what way did he speak to her . Sad if she put up with that abuse for years

I truly believe C put up with a lot of mental abuse from him and just hope no physical. But waking up to his drunken state of pissing/shitting the bed, throwing up,aggressive tendencies, name calling, misogynist rants must have been awful for her. Very isolating as they didn’t appear to have had a circle of friends or even family they mixed with and thank god she never bought that house with him and stayed where her family and friends are.
She’s certainly more educated than JtC (generally and degree in Nutrition) so definitely more in a position to give advice, plans and shows her regular successes and feedback. All consistently good and is very transparent when she’s having to do something different for her own health issues. But I think you can could on one hand Sundays when she doesn’t Mealprep and can count on one hand when JtC does!
 
I've made no secret of the fact C isn't my cup of tea. But I really do admire her work ethic and the way she's risen up since leaving him. She's created her niche and fully worked at it. Not through buying followers and being foul but by being hard working and dedicated.
It's no wonder she sticks in his throat. She may only have 50k followers but an engagement rate that's over double his
 
At the end of the day follower numbers mean nothing. It’s all in the engagement. The only reason the few genuine followers he has are still there is purely to watch the tit show that is his life. It’s entertainment. They’re hanging around to see when his next breakdown happens. No one follows him for meal prep because let’s face it - he hasn’t got a a clue! That’s C’s specialty.
Face it John - your business is over. You’re only watched because you’re a car crash that people just can’t not watch no matter how embarrassing and painful it is to see. You’re a clown.
Charlotte is a professional, she’s consistent, she’s honest, she’s a hard worker.
He needs to apply For a job at bargain booze - that’s where he’s more suited

I reckon this. If his figures about collaboration savings are true (I have my doubts, but whatever), he's done duck all to back up his end of the bargain. A couple of videos and then nothing. Have a feeling the landscapers in particular have kicked off.

As ohcomeon mentioned earlier, he must be on the bones of his arse financially. No budget skills, no work ethic, nothing - just a total loser.
