I don’t think anybody thinks that he is a bad guy for having a new girlfriend, I think he’s an hole for making Kate sell her childhood home and essentially making the mother of his three children and his three children practically homeless just so that he can have half of the equity. I know a lot of people who have been in this situation, but I don’t know of anyone who has forced their ex and children out of the only home they have known. As I have said previously, I know somebody who is going through this at the moment and the husband has moved out and it is agreed that he will get half of the equity in the house when the youngest child is 18. If it means that they have to sell the house then, at least the children will then be adults, Lee only has a following on Instagram because of Kate yet he thinks he’s God’s gift, he is vile

If the seller has accepted an offer and it’s going through the solicitors they aren’t gonna to lose out on money by swapping buyers over a letter anyway.

Personally I’d have put that I like the property can you let me know if for any reason it becomes available again. I think she’s messed up now if it does become available and the seller knows she’s got a go fund me page they might ask for more

It's amazing isn't it but yes bit awkward now for her. I'd be embarrassed personally but she didn't ask for a go fund me to be set up. Maybe they could end it?

She wants to buy but realistically can’t afford anything more than a 1 bed flat above a shop (that’s what she said). So even with £20k in gifts it wont make enough difference to move up to a larger property anyway. Her realistic option is to rent for the time being.
