Threeinarow

Heartbroken for Kate. Not only has she lost her childhood home but she has the absolute misfortune to have had 3 children with an hole of a man who would be happy to see his children out of their childhood home and living in a flat about a shop just so that he gets a payout because he paid towards the mortgage. A very good friend of mine is going through the same thing and he has left the martial home and has agreed to receive half of the equity in the house when his youngest turns 18. He is literally starting from scratch just to allow his 4 children to be brought up in the beautiful home that he worked hard to provide.

I agree!! Tbh I was always under the impression that they couldn't force a sale if you had children under 18 living there?

Poor Kate, although I don't agree with the over sharing of the kids (especially some risqué behaviour and showing them half dressed) she seems like a brilliant mother, working what she can around them to provide for them, putting their modeling ££ away for their future etc.

You can bet Lee will see the kids every other weekend as he'll be too busy living his best life! I'd be taking him for as much maintenance I could get 🤣 those kids will grow up knowing that Kate has done what she can for them and how Lee basically kicked them out of their home

My heart broke for her watching her stories. She can clearly afford a mortgage of sorts and a decent man wouldn't have seen his kids out on the streets. You would think he would come to some kind agreement with her regarding the house.
Saying that though, maybe she wants to owe him F all and as much as it pains her, she would rather loose the family home than be indebted to that prick.
No doubt he'll be on soon enough showing off his fancy new place.
I also noted how she had respect for him to blank out his name from the school email and he never bothered showing her the same respect back. The fact she posted hers first and her name is out there is irrelevant in my eyes.

She has me crying. I want to give her a big hug and tell her it will all be ok. Can we all join together to manifest the perfect affordable home for her please . One with enough bedrooms that she doesn’t have to sleep on the couch.

This is exactly what I am doing! I wish we could set up a go fund page even just to raise a little extra to offer the sellers a little more. I can’t stand the thought of those children living above a shop in a flat

I haven’t always agreed with her on everything she shares, but I am so happy for her that this money is being raised! One thing she is, is a fantastic mother to those 3 children and they all deserve more than a 1 bedroom flat!!! I really hope this helps her, or that it secures the flat she fell in love with and can help with sorting out the bedroom issue.

I don’t follow her but just seen Alabamalola share the go fund me…….well I’m sorry to say but that crying in her stories just no. She can sell her van for the deposit and that letter? Dear god it would go in the bin if I was the vendor. It’s like all the begging letters lottery winners get. Cringe fest 💯 there’s thousands of single mothers having to move to hostels because of their exes. Yes it’s a shame but if the house means so much to her why aren’t her dad and other family members helping?
