Out of interest. How much approx do you think those properties would cost, just so I can compare to the north?

Wow! 😱 I can't imagine trying to fund that as a single parent of 3 growing kids. I know she's now got the GF, whatever she leaves the current house with and can get a mortage.... but jesus her monthly out goings will be crippling on a single wage
 
I completely get the not wanting to move the kids out of where has always been their home town but for quality of life you’d move wouldn’t you? Money can go so much further if you’re willing to relocate.

Especially if they will be living with her at least 50% of the time - different if Lee has them more.
