I think they are actually keen, and she may be too, but has to be here for her mum. I reckon she would have gone there in 2022 otherwise. She wants to be near her son and grandchild.

I’m not usually fussed about elimination results, it’s just an entertainment show and we’ll all forget about it by the following week. But I’m really quite annoyed at this! I like Montell, so this isn’t personal, but it’s her third time in the dance off, something clearly isn’t getting them enough public support. But she’s saved again, while Jamie gets booted out on his first dance off?!!

I said this before but I'd have put Montell with Kai, Sam with Aljaz, Tasha with Nikita, Toyah with Carlos, and kept Sarah and Punam with Vito and Gorka. They messed up a lot of the female celeb partnerships this year. Johannes and Neil should have been benched for sure. Neither of them showcase their partner's skills and Johannes just looks like he can't be arsed being there at all this year. Montell has been wasted on him.

At least we’ll see Montell with Kai on tour. I bet it will be way better ( and I love Jojo, don’t get me wrong, but think he’s just not quite right)
 
Sarah and Vito, I get the impression Sarah is quite a guarded person. I personally don’t think they lack chemistry as such, just that she’s guarded. When performing dance you need to go OTT, let all your inhabitants go. I like her, but, can see why some might be left cold by her. She’s a super fan, seems to be enjoying herself, Vito appears to be giving her a good time and after Strictly super fan Ritchie had quite possibly not the best time, glad to see Sarah is. She’s living my strictly fantasy.

editing to add - I’m also loving Vitos frantic choreography and spinning, it suits their partnership and I love a twirly dance routine.
 
In Giovanni news, he didn't seem to copy his routine this week, presumably because it was a 'boogie-woogie' which SCD doesn't do. He did, however, invent a new kind of Fanny Lift, which Vito will be raging about that he didn't think of first. Also seems they got saved from a low LB position by the judges at the end.

Chocolate eclairs can get in the bin. Once, when I was still nursing, I went in for late shift only to get sent home as I was needed for night shift. Around 2 am a kindly patient offered me a chocolate eclair, I bit into it and immediately a tooth went crunch. Had to spend my day off when I should have been sleeping sitting at a dental hospital and they just decided to extract the tooth. In my mind there’s a special place in hell for the eclairs, but even the fires of hell can’t melt their cold hearts.

I really can't stand her. She's so up her own arse. Why is she thanking Lauren as if JB is her property and Lauren is just looking after him temporarily?! The few weeks she spent away from the show clearly weren't spent reflecting on her outrageously unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour, she still thinks it's the Amy show.

Wonder if the producers catering to her were blowing smoke up her arse that's why she has this weird superior thing

He said in an Instagram reel they did this week that in previous weeks he was at EastEnders but he wasn't hugely busy, didn't have many lines etc (so he'd be in the background of scenes etc). But this week was different, not only was he on set but he had lots of lines etc - so more taxing on the brain as well as having less time to practice.
