The abuse Amanda has received is disguising. What kind of person writes or says those things to another person about them and members of their family. There’s no wonder people don’t speak up. Society is vile at times.
I wish I could remember something Krishnan said on ITT about that.Krishnan, who still put in a lot of work but he can't speak highly enough of his pro partner because of the way she treated him and the environment she created.
Can you point me to where Amanda has moaned about having to work? Because if you paid any attention to what's been said you would know her complaint is not about the workload, and if you watched Strictly you would know from the quality of her performances that she was not afraid to put the work in. Why comment on something you admit you know nothing admit?I don't really watch strictly keep seeing the Amanda Abington drama on the news moaning.
Do the celebs expect to do zero work and get a massive pay cheque?
The dancers have to try get them up to professional level in a short amount of time. It's going to be grueling and unpleasant. No one would watch the show if they all danced tit.
The training isn't going to be a nice process.

It’s too late for that. They’ll have contracts in place, not just for the cast but all the crew, catering, etc. All that needs to be paid for and people will say it’s a waste of taxpayers money (based on the licence fee, which the tabloids will also whip themselves up about).I honestly don't understand how they can go ahead with it this year, it would surely be advisable to take a year out, reboot/rebrand and start again from scratch. There is just too much negativity around it, even if they have started rehearsing.

All those camera operators and make up artists etc won’t be able to necessarily find the same level of work even if the BBC does have some form of cancellation clause which means they don’t need to pay them. It would leave a lot of ordinary people out of pocket.
What would they fill Saturday and Sunday schedules with until Christmas? Not to mention the ITT slot (which is admittedly easier with repeats of something)
What difference will a year make except people’s memories will have faded and it will suddenly be a case of they never should have cancelled it, it’s all just such good family entertainment.
Don’t get me wrong there needs to be change at the top and the investigation into both claims has taken way too long but cancelling it at this stage isn’t that easy.
Too much scrutiny is why it can go ahead this year. Everyone will be on best behaviourThey could easily fill the slot, and surely it's less of a waste than the number of lawsuits they could be facing if their pros continue to abuse the celebrities. I can't see how it can go ahead. There's too much scrutiny.

This isn’t about having to work, it’s about bullying in the workplace.
