I think potentially, and we have no way of knowing, Gio still doesn’t think he’s done anything wrong, hence why he is fighting this tooth and nail. The swiftness makes me wonder if when confronted with the footage etc, Graz admitted full responsibility and fault and accepted the consequences of his actions. The least he could do of course.

To be fair, let’s say Zara did tell say Ellie and Nikita. Three young girls, all “guests” in that they aren’t in the professional bubble and “family” , as someone a similar age I’m not sure I would know where to take it or have the guts to report it in that situation. Also, Zara may have explicitly asked them not to tell anyone or escalate it and they chose to honour her wishes. I wouldn’t jump on blaming them for turning a blind eye if they did know
I can see that but who the hell was filming it and not saying anything!! Something is on tape and nothing leaked? No stories about Graz not being as nice as he appeared, volatile relationship etc etc.

It's also more clear cut if he was hitting her. That's not something you can talk your way out of. It's very clear misconduct. With Gio, I do think there was wrongdoing, but if it was lots of little incidents rather than bigger things like physical violence, his behaviour could be interpreted in different ways and will require more investigating as the bosses need to be careful not to treat him unfairly.

Stockholm Syndrome doesn’t just happen to kidnap victims though. It can also happen when you’ve been abused by someone.
True, but you wouldn't expect a work colleague of a few months to be able to exert that sort of control. But if there's evidence then that's that.

Ugh, it's so slimy, and it makes me fear for Giada's safety as well if he's one of those charming, manipulative 'I'm so sorry, it'll never happen again' type of abusers.

Presumably some production staff knew or suspected this was happening because they reported it eventually. So at the time they either did nothing or it was ignored by more senior people - if this is the case then someone higher up should be getting the sack too.

I can't imagine how horrible it would have been for Zara. If you are experiencing abusive behaviour from a person everyone thinks is an absolute angel, of course you're going to be scared about speaking up
