Was that the fateful night the press printed the pictures of them? They went from being all giddy after their Matrix dance to all 😳😳 and standing six feet apart during the results show

On the subject of Aljaz, I'm still gutted 😞. He really is a one off. Such a lovely, daft, happy guy. A friendly Labrador in human form (dressed as a bunny)
 
I’m starting to think there may be something wrong with me. I’m almost certain I still would.

Last year I decided he and Janette are swingers which is why they're good friends with all their partners and their spouses.

I get that feeling off Graziano too. Like the producers and his agent are always trying to sell us this idea of Italian Love Stallion, and then he comes on stage and cheerfully shepherds Chizzy and Judi Love through several bouncy and enthusiastic routines like a particularly enthusiastic border collie, bless his heart.

It was like when they tried to sell us Vincent as The Original Italian Stallion and spent most of his first series mocking him for not being able to say rolly polly and then made him Stephanie Beacham’s (❤️) temporary sidekick. By the time it came round to Rachel Stevens the mystique had long gone.

Honestly though, I swear I remember some instastories I only half paid attention to and then slightly raised my eyebrow at a couple of years ago, where it seemed they and Emma Weymouth and her husband? (I'm assuming that's who the other guy was anyway) were on holiday together at some little retreat in the country or something? Seemed to be just the four of them, and I thought it looked a bit cosy... doing my head in trying to work out if there were actually Vibes™ or if I'm just going nutty from reading too much KJ shipper drama! 😂

and then there's the holidays and sleepovers with Sara's family... lmao, really, they're either the swingiest swingers going or they've got about 10x the amount of friendliness genes I have, because I can't imagine wanting to spend all day with the kids of someone I worked with for a few months!

Oh yes, Graziano is definitely a big lovely puppy. I thought he'd be all moody and sexy but he's got massive Good Boy! energy instead. It's cute.

I'm thinking they might choose Kai- they know they cant go down the showmance route this year with him as he's with Nadiya.

I like Gorka - I really do. The way he talks about Gemma and his little girl is beyond sweet and respectful. And he is a good choreographer (for a good partner - I'm not sure he's great with the less gifted). But he never quite 'gels' with his partners imo. Maisie was a great dancer but miles better with Kai at the tour.

I do get what you mean, but this is one of the things I like about Gorka - he's respectful without over-egging the whole 'BFFs for life' thing or indulging in any pretend showmancing for votes, god forbid (because let's face it, unless it's Janette or Aljaz who do actually appear to be genuine BFFs with everyone they've ever danced with, most of the time it's a load of BS)

Have to disagree about Maisie though - I thought their partnership was lovely - because of her age it could have been super awkward but he managed to strike the right note with all their dances
