They might be a bit tall for him, if the 5'7 height I found for him is accurate.

As for Tom Daley, I don't know if they'll ever be able to extricate him from beneath his pile of knitting! 😂 I think he must either be too expensive or not interested, if it hasn't happened by now. Either that or he's waiting til he retires.

I didn’t watch this series because I loath Caroline Quentin. There is something so unlikeable about her. It’s irrational, she’s never actually done anything bad, but she is my least favourite celebrity of all time.

Yeah I only know who he is because we listen to Radio 2 in the office, so hear him every day. And then I’ve spotted him a few times on the one show because they always mention he’s going on before he does.

I think the fact he’s a “who?” to most people will be in his favour. No perceptions to meet, and he will get the backing of Radio 2 listeners because he’s on breakfast and Ken Bruce’s show.

He’s also very down to Earth, so will appeal to people on that level.

I genuinely think he’s a good signing.

Honestly, mate, you are going to lick a pro dancer … I think Shakespeare would be running for the hills.

Richie is taller than Zoe Ball, so he must be around the 6ft mark I think

Yeah, I think if Tom Daley's not doing it this year, on his year off, he's probably never doing 😆
 
whats everyones problem with tom daley. im not really aware of him except every 4 years when the olympics are on just wondered why everyone thinks he is so bad.

My personal dislike of him is based on:

His belief that biologically male athletes should be allowed to compete in female sporting categories, because it’s not nice when people (i.e. men) aren’t allowed to do what they want.

He and his husband hiring a surrogate (in the US, because UK laws don’t allow commercial surrogacy, which is apparently not ‘progressive’ enough for their liking), because it’s not nice when people (i.e. men) aren’t able to get what they want.

My takeaway from these two points is that Tom Daley is a misogynist with the opinion that the primary role of women is to facilitate men getting what they want.


But of course, given that I’ve never met him, it may be the case that he is in fact a wonderful person and very supportive of women beyond what they can provide to men 🤷‍♀️

She could have said that so it becomes much more of a guessing game. It probably is her but her “don’t believe what you read in the papers” could have been said deliberately to throw us off the scent
