I don't think that any of the people from AJ and Kai's AT are bothered that they aren't friends. It was clear that they weren't friends ages ago. People on the thread just don't like how he spoke about AJ.

He hardly slagged her off ffs, all he said is that when you have a partner on the show it becomes very intense and they will come to you 24/7 with things they wouldn’t usually in other circumstances. People are acting like he called AJ all sorts and claimed she was an awful person 🙄🤣
 
LadyLav is now saying that Hamza posing with Jowita is part of the 'Strictly press machine'. I know the tour is separate from the show so I find it hard to believe that the tour press people ordered him to Glasgow! But I guess it's possible. I imagine Jowita and Nancy being on that show was for publicity, but an insta post with Hamza is hardly reaching the masses. I love how she is such an authority on all these things from her gite in the south of France.

But yes, it is lovely to see him again, and I am glad that there will soon be press/clips focusing on their dancing and his personality. I want some wholesome Hamza/Vito content of them watching wildlife videos on the tour bus or Vito asking Hamza's expert advice on how to look after his snake (as it were)..

When someone posted the screenshot of the Sun interview earlier, I thought Kai was talking about fans messaging him 24/7, not AJ 😂. He probably could have worded that a bit better, but with these cut and paste interviews, it could have been taken out of context a bit too I guess

Kai and Nadiya seem very nice (even though they always dress like they're off to the local conservative party lunch at the golf club), but their show sounds super cringe

Also, I'm intrigued about them choreographing it all themselves - even more experienced pros like Gio, Gorka and Karen have outside creative directors/choreographers put together their shows. Not that they can't choreograph but presumably there's a bit more to staging a show that requires someone with more expertise

If Kai finds having a partner so challenging, then it is good thing that he went out early last year. Maybe this year the show shouldn't even give him a partner.

Jeez, that's a bit much isn't it? All he has done is be honest that it can be an intense experience. Of course he should have a partner - his only crime so far has been that he didn't shag AJ like people wanted him to.

If people want to see someone behaving like a prick on Strictly, I’d suggest they google Messers Cole and Jordan…

I’m sure you guys would love that, but his track record says otherwise. Every partner he’s ever had has had nothing but good things to say about him, how do you know AJ isn’t the issue? He will be one of the shows most successful pros for years to come 👍🏼 He said how he felt, every pro says the same that the strictly bubble is such an intense experience and that’s why so many of them don’t remain close friends afterwards despite their closeness during the series, but no of course Kai is the only one to ever say that and he should be exiled from the show immediately!

I don't think that it is. If he finds having a partner challenging, I am sure that there are other pros who would happily take his place. As a pro who is still on the show, he probably should have saved his comments until he left the show.
 
I thought meeting a guy who would text me first thing in the morning, lunch break, afternoon break, on his way home, once he got home, then before he went to bed was intense enough. If someone was texting me 24/7 I’d flush my phone down the loo and make out I hadn’t got a new one. I can’t blame Kai, and not wanting constant messages doesn’t mean Kai has got guilty feet with no rhythm and never dance again

Why? You're a fan but if you read what he said objectively, it's FINE. Being a pro doesn't mean having to be available 24/7 - there are times when you need a bit of down time from your partner.

I am not saying that Kai should be benched.
Whether or not AJ was the issue, it doesn't seem nice to speak about her how he did. If Kai has a problem with how AJ was, he should remember that he didn't get to the final by himself.

“Maybe the show shouldn’t give him a partner this year” is literally you saying he should be benched? I don’t understand what’s so bad about “the way he spoke about her” considering the part people are losing their heads over is a general statement about celebs/pros in general. AJ was a great dancer but i’m tired of people acting like she was the best dancer in the history of the show and that Kai couldn’t possibly have got to the final without her, give Kai anyone with a bit of potential and he will most likely get them very far (take a look at his dwts track record).
