They've been like that since this whole thing started to unwind.

Some are saying it's because Scotland is in the UK and other official UK bodies were involved in the investigation that it continued and an indy Scotland wouldn't have the SNP face the same scrutiny. Although I'm never sure what can be believed!
 
Heard today that Ian Blackford had to go begging to the hated Westminster and Ben Wallace for help with the ferry fiasco. Looks like they will get help from the British military. The irony of that and moreso Humza was in charge of transport. Now imagine if Scotland had been Independent 🤣. You really couldn't make it up.

Presumably auditing a political parties books requires some expertise. Surely their first port of call should have been which ever firm audits the Scottish Greens. I'm presuming that the scottish Labour and Tories are handled on a UK basis and the SNP need someone scottish based.

But it is very strange how they can't get another auditor. I work for a small vol organisation and we've had several auditors. One moved us on cos we were too small. The next firm moved us on cos we got too big. Now we're with a firm that specialises in charities.

Would imagine even our firm would like the prestige of saying the SNP is their client.

Its all very strange.

But what a pile of poo Nicola and wee Peter have left behind.

And hindsight is a wonderful thing but common sense says that Peter should have chucked it when NS got the big job. Nepotism and conflict of interest all spring to mind

the last auditor charged 57k which was double the previous year as they had to embed someone in party HQ as the information was not forthcoming. They then put a warning on their accounts . Any new auditor needs to get a reference from the previous one to satisfy them they are worth dealing with.

I would imagine most will be thinking it’s not worth the hassle as the amount of questions they will have to field. There is then the potential of lost business from companies controlled by independence supporters if they give it a bad write up.

I do like how the hand on heart pic is being reused. But she isn't leaving the party unless she's forced to. All depends on if there's evidence out there which will land her in trouble.

She's definitely lying saying the finances have never been stronger a few years ago seeing as they've weakened significantly since the no vote and she took over. But that's not enough to force her out.

I'm holding out for her and Liz truss on I'm a cleb 😁

So, Sorry No Paperwork was headed up by a couple of shysters.... who'd have thunk'd it.

She always was a wrong 'un. MiL is a Scot and couldn't stand the SNP and especially Wee Krankie (or should that be Krookie, now) or Fishboy.

Any head screwed on Scot will tell you that the money from Scotch, shortbread and battered Mars bars ain't gonna support a country.

Likewise... we have the same issue in God's country with Drakey and his Plaido chums - can't wait for the tit to fly for those cunts.
