Is she though? I mean, she might be to a certain demographic, but no-one can look at her and not be concerned on some level. If anything it reflects really badly on them because it makes them look like they use their clients for times alone and don't take a holistic approach or really care about the runner's health.

I know some people are sold on so-called results alone, but she actually put me off not only Purdue Performance but also Charlotte Purdue herself because she was willing to put her name to such an unethical programme. Before the whole cost of living crisis made them far too expensive, I was genuinely considering them to hopefully help guide me out of an injury hole. Now I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole no matter how much money I had.

yes, some people just look at the results. Otherwise those instragramers will never have a coaching business.
Also, for other people with eating disorders (or disordered eating), she looks like a "thinspiration"
 
Recently I was at an event that Sarah attended (I think she was with what I assume is her local club) and she is absolutely tiny in real life - almost child sized.
There were no snide comments (for want of a better word) from other runners, but there was A LOT of very concerned comments.

She is always at events where I go to.. like you say she is so tiny, and getting smaller every time I see her. Someone close to her needs to do some tough love, and get her some help.
 
I feel for his kids, not for him or his wife 😂 I mean imagine not checking when you don’t receive any email confirmations or anything like that from a hotel 🤣

To be fair, there was a news story where similar happened to a solo female traveller. She booked through Booking.com or similar and was a scam by someone using old pics so all seemed ligit until she rocked up. But you'd surely still Google the place before booking?!
But anyway, karma!
