Hopefully the next series for normal people is well underway? They must know they have a really popular format.
And plus they weren't the usual rota of celebs we constantly see. I know they had all done celeb programmes before but they weren't the usual suspects eg Joey Essex, Scarlet Moffat, Gemma Collins, and these days Matt bloody Hancock. As long as it sticks to normal people who don't want to become celebs/ influencers. And part of the reason the celeb one worked was having a celeb and non-celeb teams not celebrity pairings, that would have become tedious.
I can’t remember all the specifics, it was around April time I think when they opened the applications.Oh can you tell us more about the application process please?
Interesting thank you. Bet u will be glued to it when it comes onI can’t remember all the specifics, it was around April time I think when they opened the applications.
But basically it asked a little about yourself, what your travel experience was and how many countries you have visited, why you wanted to apply with the person you were applying with, and if you have had any life experiences that shaped who you are today. (Did seem like they were fishing for a few slight sob stories there).
You both fill out individual applications and then I think you had to record a 1 minute or so video of you interacting with your race partner. I’m guessing after that it would be invites for interviews maybe? That’s pretty much what I remember from it.
This looks funny
