I'm so fascinated by this just because they both seem like such vapid dullards who are too one dimensional to yearn for a deeper connection, so I can only imagine that behind the saccharine facade Niomi is a complete nightmare. The writing was on the wall during smoothie bowl weather season after all...

I disagree, i mean embarassing yes. Tricky having to organise the diving up of joint bills and belongings in storage.

A real mess would be getting legally married, buying a property together and having a child when you realise you aren't in love and don't even really like your partner. Calling things off early is far, far better than the alternative of an unhappy future.

She could watch Katie snook's videos on calling off a wedding.

Who follows steffi and marcus? She's also vegan, and i think he is now too.

I feel like Joe only proposed because he thought it was the right thing to do. Let’s be honest, he was going to go to India with or without her.

Maybe he’s lined up another work opportunity and thought it best to end things as they weren’t working?

She might be a pain in some ways but I feel sad for her. She made Joey such a big part of her public persona.
 
I do really feel for the girl. Despite her control issues around food, and boring lifestyle she was harmless, if a bit deluded. But to go from being proposed to, moving to India, moving back after a few weeks, and then having to deal with an embarrassing public breakup when you're 28 years old is hard for anyone. She seemed to really love him, and if the case is he has broken up with her, its incredibly cruel regardless, as either he's been thinking about it for a while (how can you watch someone redecorate your flat and ask people to be bridesmaids for your wedding knowing you were going to end it) OR he's seemingly decided in the space of 2 weeks its over, which to me is a very rash quick decision to make about someone who only a few weeks ago you were willing to spend the rest of your life with.

My mums friend got married and then her husband literally ran away the week after because he realised he didn't want to be married. My old hairdresser had planned his wedding then called it off a month before because had cold feet...he and that woman are now married. Men can be very strange.
