Wow, shocked that he did this too. I guess the two of them really are raking it in. I guess $30k patreon plus Adsense plus merchandise plus their cut of twitch money = full time vacationers.

I'd think if he was the technical genius, he'd have said, "Hey, let's start a Mammoth Club Twitch account and I'll tell my people to go over there too" rather than funneling people to his own. And he'd have solved the other technical issues they've had.


Also, if Alan starts doing editing, then that's even less they're putting into the channel.
 
I just watched the Polynesian bungalow video and yikes. Setting aside the stilted, needlessly long tour and brokeass lifestyle vlogging, why would anyone pay that amount of money for such a tacky room smack dab in the middle of a smelly overgrown pond?

For that amount of money, I could have a week in an actual Hawaiian bungalow. This has all descended into “Let us show you why you shouldn’t spend your money on this bullshit even if you could afford it” (which, in some ways, is actually useful unlike the content of the video).
 
I get the feeling Molly may have been overwhelmed and asked a lot of Alan and he had to choose between his FT job or the wife's company. I don't blame him for choosing Molly given that they have the income there. It'll be interesting to see what happens with the videos with him dedicated to MC.

You're arguing a well known debate that existed on the DisBoards years back when they built these.

Ah, this is all new for me as I didn’t really start watching videos on vacations or participating in Disney boards until a couple of years ago. But it doesn’t surprise me that they were controversial. I didn’t think I could possibly be the first person to point that out.

I love the Poly in general and would absolutely stay in a Bungalow if someone wanted to give me a stay for free, but any time I see anything about them, I just think about how horribly buggy that little outdoor deck seems. No, thanks.

I think about paying that much money for a bungalow where you get woken up by the horns of the ferries as soon as they start running from TTC to MK.

Technically you couldn't, no such overwater bungalow exists in Hawaii. French Polynesia is a different story though.... That said, I agree with the sentiment, I can't beleive anyone would pay for these things, with cash or points.
 
Well, well, well… Duckfist is moving to Florida! Lots of big changes coming hard and fast at team Mammoth Club. He’s staying on full time with Riot Games, but working remotely.

Funny, I don’t recall him saying that California was only temporary when everyone was asking him on the streams if he would be moving to Florida 🤷🏼‍♀️

Totally the opposite of how I thought this was going to go (I assumed Molly and Alan were going to move there). And yeah, I definitely remember him saying he was not moving to Florida.

While I can’t 100% rule out that Max is bi, he has gone on too many thirsty and uncomfortable rants about how hot Meg from Hercules is for me to say he is gay.

And on that note, is this really all the start of the throuple saga 👀?

Alan did list several men the other day when he was discussing his “celebrity hall pass”!
 
If I were serious about keeping my job, even if I worked from home full time, I'd consider NOT moving away from the home office's area... just in case they switch up policy as we've been seeing these days.

Or... maybe Max really does not love his job and would not mind saying goodbye to them. He knows he has a safety net under his feet now with MC.

I would have put money on it that Molly and Alan would move to LA. Is he going to live with them? All I can say is I live in Vancouver (Canada) and prices are insane and Molly and Alan’s space seems like plenty of space for a throuple 😂
 
Molly doesn't often get things wrong with DIsney offerings, but I decided to pull up the Poly Bungalow video and right off the bat she tells the viewers the room prices and that there are also some DVC rooms available that you can get for a discount through a reseller.

NOPE - ALL the Bungalows are DVC. However, Disney is the largest holder of DVC points and using those they reserve some rooms to sell on the hotel side at a considerable markup. There's not very high demand for these as they're so expensive point-wise.

Molly, Alan or Max... whomever of the three is here reading - the obvious way to tell if a Disney room is DVC or not is look at the room configuration (exception to Riveria, but that's entirely DVC anyway), IF there is a full kitchen (or a kitchenette with a microwave/toaster/coffeemaker) then it's DVC. If all you have is a mini fridge and a Keruig, it's not.

Just bothered me.
