I don't really understand the Quincy hate, to be honest. Is it just because she's not Molly? Seems dumb. I'm even willing to bet the original plan was for her and Quincy to strike out together, but Molly got greedy and left her hanging.

And for the record, Mammoth Club is literally nothing but a cash grab. Wonder why the content is just the usual tit? There's no long term plan here outside of getting paid as much as possible as quickly as they can. That's why there's no investment in better equipment. That's why all the "extras" are just nonsense on platforms designed to fleece pay pigs through Twitch/Superchats.

Also, her entire "Boss witch" schtick is old hat by now. How long will she milk this "bet on herself" story? It wasn't even a bet. It was just math. An X amount of rubes paying an X amount of dollars means big $$$ fast. That's all there is. Whatever creative integrity and desire she might have once had is now replaced with "pick me" tit like her Instagram stories with close ups of her face crying at a movie while Alan looks on as if to say, "Really? She's doing this? Can't we just live a life?"

Sadly no. I'm just some guy.

My main point on Quincy was they've (or she's doing it willingly) been pushing her sex appeal lately when they never used to do that sort of thing.

I'm too lazy to find it now but I have to refute something someone had said here previously. Molly didn't create what is now the all ears "style". Literally it was nothing but a carbon copy of the Disney food blog style. The only difference was you got to see someone sitting there actually eating the food, not just AJ's voiceover. And it turns out that's actually kind of gross. Ever notice she opens ketchup packets with her teeth? Disgusting. Then the ridiculously big bites of food in general. Even Mr. Morrow has more sensible on screen dining ettiqutte.

If you aren’t AJ, are you Quincy herself? Sorry hearing criticism isn’t something you like, but that is part of the point of these boards.

There was something that rubbed me the wrong way about Quincy right from the very start. First of all was her appearance. She is going to be on a video on YouTube promoting a company and it looked like she just rolled out of bed. From her clothes to the dirty looking hair, she always seemed a hot mess. I also was not a fan of her personality. She came across at first as a little harsh to me and her monotone voice made her informational vlogs extremely boring.
 
I literally stopped watching All Ears because of Quincy. Not presentable for the camera at all. Her disgusting greasy hair, ugly outfits, and mumbling of words were so distracting. She doesn’t even have a personality!
Quincy Stanford is a dirty rat.

My post earlier when I went back and looked at the pre and post DFB videos of AllEars. DFB's videos looked like that well before the AllEars acquisition. AND someone else named Chris was in the first DFB styled video. Molly was in the second one and there were some sprinkled with Margeaux. Same style, music etc. in all of them.

Nah, I agree. Mammoth Club does seem like a quick cash grab. It's all ears 2.0 without any long-term vision or mission.

And idg the Quincy hate either. People rag on her looks but get upright if anyone dares to mention Molly's lipstick.

Pick a lane and stick to it.

I’m in my lane. I don’t like Molly’s lipstick either or some of her makeup choices.

She looks best when she has the more natural tones.
 
I don’t get the Quincy hate either - ok maybe she’s not your favorite, but she seems adequate at her job and not nearly as annoying as some others out there.

As for the job listing, I feel like it’s probably not easy to find someone who wants to be a host - because why wouldn’t you just make your own channel? Yeah you might get more viewers from AllEars/DFB but you don’t get any of the profits really.

And, it seems they're doing all the work - Recording, hosting, writing the script or talking points etc. Seems like DFB should just hire a writer and editor, then have the person be on camera, interject some of their opinion (or read it from DFB's script if they aren't good at it), hand it off to an editor and move on to the next one.

Any thoughts on the Friday 11/26 Coast to Coast vlog?
I listened to it rather than watched. There was something off. Alan's voice was tired, the whole thing seemed to be missing that fun rhythm in the first half. Second part with them in CA went much better. Maybe the issue was in the editing, perhaps it was that sound problem, or it could have been them being in anxious mode prior to travel.

I then watched it figuring that maybe a good part of what I was missing was in video, nope. Alan was not into the party at all. He forced it.

(ETA - I got the date wrong, it was the Friday 11/25 vlog... damn, can't edit it now, LOL)
