I know you can, I just think the suntan on Christine’s face was too dark, the sunblock would have toned it done.you can still tan with sun cream on, I wear SPF 50 on my face but still come back from holidays with a tan...

Re Positivity Panel
Christine hosting. Katie, Dame Kelly, Judi, Sophie, Gloria on panel.
Of the panel only Katie and Sophie have real reasons to fit negativity about their bodies. By that I mean we all have our hang ups but having Dame K talking about the loss of her six pack sitting next to a victim of a hideous crime and an accident victim who have respectively ended up as scarred and in a wheelchair is embaressing. Kelly can muscle train, Judi can lose weight, Gloria is in supreme good form for someone in their 80s. Their “stories” are valid I guess (everyone feels what they feel) but set beside hard, real and unchanging issues like those that Katie and Sophie face on a daily basis is ridiculously bad taste.
Yeah, I added Carol to my post just after I typed the other bit. I was watching on catch up.I know she’s not on the panel but she was part of the photo shoot but there is also Carol who now has one breast due to breast cancer
But to be fair lots of people have hang ups about their own bodies even if in somebody else’s eyes their body looks perfect
So did I - me, me, me.Total waste. I switched off
She did say sometimes she struggles to look in the mirror…not very convincingly, but she tried to join inIt didn’t make sense to me why Christine was anchoring. I’m sure there’s been an anchor to do body stories before who would have been better suited to todays episode
It's a farce. These campaigns don't change anything. I don't look at them in those photos and feel any differently about my body lol.I think the best way to inspire body confidence is just to get on with it and be happy in your own body, not to parade yourself on a billboard for shock value. The last time they did it, they used a black and white filter on the picture, which hides stretch marks and rosacea anyway, defeating the objective!
I’m still annoyed that Gloria is wearing a jacket, what’s the point in her even being on it if she’s hiding what she doesn’t like about herself!I think the best way to inspire body confidence is just to get on with it and be happy in your own body, not to parade yourself on a billboard for shock value. The last time they did it, they used a black and white filter on the picture, which hides stretch marks and rosacea anyway, defeating the objective!
And it just perpetuates that how you look like is all that concerns women, or is no 1 on their list. It's a farce. These campaigns don't change anything. I don't look at them in those photos and feel any differently about my body lol.
I cringed at that part, I couldn’t believe they took it so seriously! They’re acting like the Courteney Cox thing wasn’t a joke. She’s not hanging round the walk of fame cleaning stars
