I quite liked Fergie in the first bit but they should have left it at that, she got on my nerves when they brought her back.

I listened to her on Alan Carr's podcast. She seemed nice enough. I don't know her backstory, so can't comment on why she is not liked. I was surprised she worked as a waitress!

Remember for the first couple of months after Charlene got back from Aus she would hug all the guests as they came on to prove how friendly and loveable she was
