I’m in two minds as to if she will be there tomorrow.

I think there’s a chance she’s used the Tattle thread to start the ball rolling about how she can’t go to the studio because of the mean people around on the internet who think corned beef shouldn’t be grated. What sort of sadist spends their weekend looking up a thread about themselves? All you’ll spend the show doing is thinking about what those people are saying. It’s very strange behaviour.

On the other hand, I really hope she does as every lie will be exposed about the illnesses she apparently has. And it’ll be a car crash. I’m so here for 10am tomorrow, we really hope the show gets extended Jack! It fills lockdown up with endless tattle threads.

Found this that looks similar, it was £75

I still don't understand how or why a self declared immunocompromised person is going into the studio tomorrow.
The government advice says that she should be shielding for 12 weeks, although it looks likely that will be extended.
Why are the BBC going to flout the guidelines, it's so irresponsible.
I think *self declared* is the point here. I have friends who are immunocompromised and the letter they received from the government is quite scary - don't go out of the house, even to take rubbish to the bins, ask other people to walk your pets ...etc.
If Jack is immunocompromised why hasn't she received one of these letters?
Did she actually state that she is immunocompromised?

Her partner is head of news at channel 4.
Looks very likely louisa had a word with jack and prompted the jamie oliver apology as it will look VERY bad if her partner is slating one of their shows and its presenter.

Have we found the jumper yet and has she put cashmere on a 40 degree wash ? It’s the little things that matter😉

#imworriedabouttbejumper.

me too the prospect of shrunken cashmere is giving me anxiety, I’d never risk washing cashmere myself it’d sit in a bag for the dry cleaners where it would remain for the foreseeable future 😂

the commission on an aff link for £350 would be pretty sweet though so u win some u lose some 🤷🏻‍♀️

'The luckiest rescue puppy' *eye roll*

So it's ok to do all you have done because your getting your ears rubbed by professionals..... ok...

Sorry BBC but I’m not here to pay the license fee for you (and a bunch of virtue-signalling blue-tickers) to indulge a bullying spoilt talentless woman who one day decided she wanted a tv show to satisfy her massive overgrown ego and doesn’t have the skills for the job she’s paid to do (and also doesn’t have the respect for viewers who may be genuinely poor as well as for the shows presenter and guests) to even prepare or research well for it. Absolute embarrassment for the BBC and all her colleagues

What kind of person pretends to be immunocompromised when they aren't? Someone who threatens libel when people question the pedigree of her cat  If you're reading here Jack are you immunocompromised or not?
Seriously the friends I have who received this letter telling them not to go out for 3 months didn't find it a laughing matter. The opposite.

how can she not have insurance especially with all that designer gear stashed away for a rainy day, plus there’s the 4 microwaves and 3 freezers?

Claiming to have no insurance is utterly incomprehensible. Home and contents insurance is around £30 a month, don't know what just contents would be but I really feel sad that with the platform she has that she claims this. If she doesn’t have it or cant afford it, i just don’t think it should be mentioned as an option.

When you hear on the news of houses that have flooded, or holidays that have gone wrong etc etc and then the person says they have no insurance it makes me feel so desperately sad.

I understand that some people will struggle to afford that £30, but I just think it’s irresponsible suggesting that insurance shouldn’t be a priority.

RE the health stuff. I can only assume that maybe she has rheumatoid arthritis which can be immunocomprimesd or at least immune system related.
Yep that is what she has said before. Unable to walk, she was devastated when she had to bow out of rmarathon running preparations cos of it, and couldn’t write or work cos her hands are all gnarled up and she can’t chop veg etc cos of it either. I’m assuming her medication has really helped though as she hasn’t mentioned it for a while so must be one of the lucky ones that the meds work pretty much straight away. 🧐

The BBC is right to get some blame. They are obsessed with the woke agenda and getting someone in who ticks the boxes of poor, gender changing, mental health issues whid probably seen as more important than picking someone who can cook, present and build rapport with an audience.
i can imagine their execs in swanky houses in London cooing about how great it is that the poor people have got Jack on tv to give them ideas for cooking with corned beef. It’s frankly insulting to sterotype that lower income people eat like this.
As someone said on this thread previous it’s poverty safari. The upper middle class interpretation of poor. That they all live in dangerous rented accommodation and need guidance to cook with tinned things and are generally unhappy.
It makes me furious. Lower income people do normal things. They cook, go to the pub, have a laugh. God forbid, they might even enjoy their lives despite not having loads of money. Jacks representation of poor is certainly not the norm or standard. I’m sick of this help the poor agenda being shoved down our throats by people that haven’t got a clue what the average or normal British person is like.
