Boy this thread has been busy overnight! Just catching up.

Proper chefing is an art, all decent chefs pick the best produce with the best flavours and colours and present it too look interesting.

It really is. I thought I was a good cook, until I dated a chef and tasted some of his amazing food. He also knew how to pick out the best produce, cook it, and present it beautifully. It takes real skill and talent to do that.

Wait last night was she claiming she didn’t know the basics like how to chop an onion? But she learnt that at Blackfoot apparently.

(Imagine busy, overworked, woefully underpaid chefs having to teach the owner’s new girlfriend how to do something so basic you could just watch a YouTube video).

Plus there is evidence of her on here of her actually using bullying language to fellow professionals, which could be used against her. Somebody saying your a tit cook or that your a nasty person is not bullying but either stating a fact or based on individual opinion.

As part of their training though Chefs do learn specific chopping techniques for onions and other veggies, but that’s only because they are normally prepping a lot more than the average family would need to. None of the TV chefs go on about that as it’s just not necessary for normal family mealtime prep, which is what they are showing us on the telly. Love how Jamie just roughly chops his veggies. JM is just trying to hard and it does kind of feel like she’s ‘playing’ at being a chef and trying to convince all these proper chefs rather than contributing anything useful to the viewers of the show. Grating corned beef, just yuck yuck yuck.

If it is that £350 cashmere jumper I do hope it’s PROPERLY in the wash.

I’m not sure where she’s going to fit in hand washing cashmere with appropriate detergent and towel rolling then flat drying in her 30 hour work day.

As a yarn lover I’d be horrified if she took the same “bung it all in” attitude to her woollens as she does to her slop pots.

...and who wears cream cashmere in the kitchen anyway?!?!?! Tin Can Recipe for disaster, darling...

Looks like the washing machine has broken mid cycle, it's good 10 hours and she's not replied!

That kitchen looks like something out of a half-way house in Cleethorpes. Its really awful and entirely without even a hint of its owners personality, despite the "im mad I am" pink microwave - what it needs is a portrait of Fanny Cradock, some chips slathered in vomit and a Gibbet, that catches her neatly.

I've woken to find that I appear to have missed a summons to court? I've briefly skimmed over last night's antics and am staggered. I don't follow you anymore Jack for exactly this. What an over dramatic, attention seeker you are. You spent a weekend reading a gossip site about yourself and now you're butt hurt. Grow up. It's ok for people not to like you. It's ok for like minded people to discuss that. YOU searched it up. There is no court case here you crazy fool. The only liability around here is you. You're laying the ground work for when it all goes tits up so that you can lay the blame elsewhere. It's time to pull up your big *insert gender here* pants. Start taking responsibility for your actions and stop looking for a fight. It's getting boring now.

(Psst, most of us come here to discuss minor slebs rather than discussing them IN THEIR FACE on public platforms like Twitter. You've only tweeted that rant because YOU crave the attention.)

I used to quite rate you and your original ideas, now I pity you. But you are entertaining.

I still don't understand how or why a self declared immunocompromised person is going into the studio tomorrow.
The government advice says that she should be shielding for 12 weeks, although it looks likely that will be extended.
Why are the BBC going to flout the guidelines, it's so irresponsible.

Because I’d take a massive stab at that she isn’t immunocompromised, as she’d be the first one to have a pity party on Twitter about how she couldn’t get to the studio.

On the off chance it is true, then the BBC are idiots having her in a studio with potential carriers of the disease. But it just goes to show, she puts tv and fame above her own health 🤷‍♀️

Probably because she is self diagnosed immunocompromised. Not have an official confirmation. Else she wouldn't be allowed any where near the studio!
