I had a look and those lead windows look like the sort yuppies had put in their mock tudor new builds in the early 80s. Why is she obsessed with living in a house that looks like a retirement home? Is she actually a time traveller? Is she an old lady trapped in a freaky-Friday scenario constantly surprised at how edgy she is and where all the tattoos have come from?

Hey you, apple trees and rose arches are the epitome of punk rock I'll have you know! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Jack has no clue who she is, too many lies, too much fake posing, she's lost the bloody plot!

It’s just so funny to think that she can possibly believe this?

£80k deposit
£30k stamp duty
£4k solicitors fees
£3k moving (it’ll be more for her plethora of tat but let’s be generous)
£2.5k building survey

She needs ~£130k cash to even think about this? And that’s assuming an annual salary of £160k and a 4.5 multiplier. And she’ll need to maintain that salary for 30 years? It’s literally papa’s cash or nothing for her.
£200 for pre-move skip.
£400 for post-move skip.

So putting a few recipes on a web page, tweeting angrily and telling people to use leftovers in curries is a job & a cause? She's really wound me up with the house tweet. I was 4 years older than her when I bought my first house and I couldn't believe I was actually able to do that.

Would she think I've wasted the last 23 years working 8 hours a day (minimum but rarely 18 hours), learning and improving myself to get promoted. Oh, and paying tax year on year. What an idiot I am!

Get a job with defined hours and payment, then you can afford some Findus Crispy Pancakes in the Ocado / Waitrose delivery. And stop trying to be a Poundland Hyacinth Bucket.

She'll need to get her business accounts sorted with companies house first as proof of income, surely? And if it's struck off won't that impact her ability to get a mortgage?

If she'd have properly and lived even marginally frugally it wouldn't be outside of the realms of possibility for her to have had a hundred k stashed away. She should've been able to buy a modest house by now with the deals she's had. Plus I'm sure the back of mum and dad could invest a few pennies.

God she really is insufferable. Our Jackie gal honestly projects that it is not her fault that she cannot afford a home for her and SB.
Most sensible people save when they have an income and don’t blow it on spoons tat and other shite.

With the income that she has had that we know she has had she could’ve afforded most properties that she alludes to. Forever home for her and her boy.

But selfish Jackie gal only looks out for herself.

NGL I definitely thought an orangery was an orange grove, I was surprised of how hot it must get "down south". I'm clearly as common as muck (and Scottish). Also the amount of work that would go into maintaining that garden. It's a lot of work to do yourself (as I have recently found out). I mean all moot as it's a ridiculous amount of money that she could never afford (not many people could tbh).
