Is this not offensive? I feel like this is offensive. I don't have ADHD but if I did, I feel like I'd be annoyed at my difficulties being infatilised, minimised and generalised in this way...

But maybe I'm wrong and this is helpful awareness raising?

ETA: because what is being described here is just... life? Everyone debates what to watch on Netflix endlessly, I never successful remembered to take the pill, does anyone enjoy rejection and the whole world is doom scrolling all the time. This reads like a 'oh, I'm so OCD' comment from someone who likes a tidy shelf.

if that is indeed "all" that ADHD entails, then surely that's like everyone at times! trying to be fair here - can't really blame the squiggles for rehashing this crap, given Jack's output. but, for the love of satan, how about a bit of critical thinking?!

This is the article in the Times, doesn’t mention test results, just a covid excuse form... Also says home schooling is a legitimate reason for being late

That space where the flowers are is where her old fridge was. It will accommodate any standard 60cm width fridge or fridge freezer. Why is her fridge in the hall again? Oh, yes, right, it's because she chose to buy a £3,000 double door giant smeg to keep food for a two-person household.

Jack is neither poor nor an eco warrior.

Call me a skint Northern peasant but this kitchen looks really lovely to me? Everything seems clean and well laid-out, and there's enough space for two or three - which is more than I can say for most of the student rental places and small flats I've known. Not sure how she can justify calling this a crap bungalow tbqh

Of all the senseless lies, it's the toaster for me. Why even make that claim? Toasters are hardly the height of luxury or decadence - it's not a Nespresso machine, is it?

Yup, you can get 'em for under a tenner in Wilkos if I remember correctly - and toasting in an oven costs far more in gas/electricity bills....
