I would love to see her do recipe development for bakes and stuff. Take something standard and make it something special etc.

I’m the exact same when it comes to baking lol. My cousin is the same age as grace, did a similar if not identical degree and now works in a bakery and makes the most beautiful cakes and pastries with really interesting flavours, all with her own or her colleagues own recipes, it’s such a stark contrast to what grace does. Just knowing what someone with her qualifications is capable of I just don’t understand why she doesn’t use them.

One thing in that video about her creating a bakery in her own home, is why did she not understand the difference between French macaroon and a coconut macaroon. Didn’t she have an extensive baking University experience? If she is specially trained in the technical side of baking, then she should know. Also didn’t she and her peers from baking school go to France for a school trip??
This is not the first time that she has done this, where she says she doesn’t know something but really she should or she does know. I have a feeling that she down plays how talented she is, I feel she acts a certain way sometimes to act relatable.

I know nobody can know for sure, but I was wondering if anyone could hazard a guess, do people of their age save themselves for marriage these days? My family were as far from religious as possible growing up and I don't really know much about strict christianity?

I spent my teenage years attending a Christian youth group which I would say is at the same level of strictness of Christianity as Grace's church. The leaders (who are now about the same age/a bit older than Grace's siblings) did discuss with us the importance in the eyes of God of saving yourself for marriage, so I fully expect Chloe and Jesse followed the same rules.
I am probably around his age and I know a few chrisitans who "saved themselves" for marriage

Where did you see that? I can't imagine the stress of planning a wedding in such a short time frame.
Presumably it would have to be a very small wedding though, is it 30 max at this time?

People do - I grew up in the church and had this drilled into me as the right way to go about it. As I got older and spoke to more youth leaders and stuff the general consensus was that it was fine to have sex before marriage as long as it was in a committed relationship where marriage seemed to be the path you were on, but I know a lot of my friends had already made the choice to wait.

I’m happy for her brother and his new wife but I do find it a shame that they didn’t go to Grace to bake a cake for them. I just saw the post of that cake and I thought, that is not a cake. I can see Grace making a better cake but that’s just my opinion.
Also that would probably explain why Grace was looking for a dress for the wedding, she put a few clips of her looking for a dress in the recent vlog.

Grace's cakes aren't wedding cakes. Everything she bakes comes out looking lovely and delicious but obviously homemade.
My guess is that Jesse and his new wife wanted something bespoke? idk, grace could definitely make the brownie cake but perhaps they didn't want to risk Grace ruining yet another hoodie.

I get the feeling that Grace wouldn't be at all confident in her ability to make a professional looking wedding cake. Maybe they asked and she said no? Or she's paid for that one as a gift to them.
