I had my chemo pills delivered to my house. I was supposed to be having intravenous chemotherapy at the hospital and this was the first I knew of the change of treatment plan

Pretty rough to be honest. Struggling to cope with the diagnosis and what's happening in the world right now. Flit between thinking I'm ok one minute to being absolutely beside myself the next. Tying to stay strong for the kids.

We can, but everyone seems to be flocking to the countryside (where we live) to take their walks. My son has special needs also so we only go out every few days as he's absolutely terrified of getting sick.

I know it’s breaking the rules but I really don’t think anyone would chastise you for taking a drive to help your mental health. As long as you didn’t do it everyday, if it helps you, and doesn’t risk anyone then I would do so.
I understand of course there are risks of breakdown and what not but a 20 min drive around where you live wouldn’t be harmful if you could still return safely if something happened x

I think tomorrow I'm going to drive to where my husband works. It's in the middle of nowhere and we can walk along the stream. Xx

By "done more" does he mean allowed more people to die???? I saw on the news last night people who only have days left of insulin/seizure medications and are having to ration it because their insurance is cutting how much they're covering and the people can't afford it. It was heartbreaking.

Miss a caramel macchiato. I know that is so small but it is the simple things I am missing, like just going to Homesense and browsing the candles. God, I know, people have it worse but it makes you realise the basic witch things you take for granted. Lol.
