She should just put Colin's charity down as the asset lock and then liquidate the CIC. Putting swill on the driveway doesn't require a company.

And explain to her what an asset lock is and how it works. She clearly does not understand or has chosen to misrepresent it.
 
Why is this not being posted on her page and shared to AMOMWL and Spotted in Harlow? Is she hoping people won't see it?

I mean the ride or dies won't care, she could say she'd set fire to 100k in cash and they'd say "well done Carly xxx", but there must be some quiet lurkers in there who can do the maths and start to ponder

Also sorry but it's bleeping hilarious she's using a Spotted group (that appears to be the result of a local Facebook schism as there is a Spotted Harlow and a Spotted in Harlow) as her chosen mouthpiece
 
Her narrative is she only set up a CIC because of Harlow Council stipulations and now the CIC can't make donations because of it. She is such a barefaced liar. We have the full receipts of her aborted journey to set up a charity/CIC before Harlow made it clear that was the only way. And her description of an asset lock does not match reality.

I look forward to Your Harlow covering this development.

There are so many hidden treasures in that "announcement". What has a solicitor got to do with her writing a cheque or making a bank transfer? The solicitor is too busy working on all of Carly's many pointless and unnecessary legal busywork? Pull the other one. Bet Colin wants nothing to do with legitimising her grift. And I don't think I'd accept the proceeds of the salt hoax either.
 
I am pleased that there does appear to be some of the money still available.

There is no way of telling how much is left, it may not even be as much as £100k but some is better than none. Especially if she does distribute it to worthy causes in Harlow.

There is no way of knowing exactly what is going on until there is some kind of third party confirmation.

I'm certain that Your Harlow will be doing his best to find out tomorrow.

She might be unclear about the amount left because Corporation Tax will be charged on anything left in her account at the end of April.
 
She's not even doing a Jack Monroe move and saying Whiskers "have seen receipts" a la Agent Adrian.

Carlz knows She's on a downward spiral and people are poking around in her murky little world.

Next up: health scare, hospital dash, cannula photo, possible break-in, potential kidnapping, mean graffiti, snakes everywhere, departure announcement, ✨ comments club ✨ then a relaunch interview on Lorraine.

There's nowhere else for her to go, all the sympathy and fake tears got used up a year ago.

In a crowded field of grifters, Carly is particularly disgraceful and with every new notification, she's showing her true nature.

So much to mither…

1. ”We would like to clarify a few things as this is actually what we have been working towards”. What is? What is the “this” that “we” have been working towards?

2. What is the connection between offering the money to Colin, and time “being wasted on other matters”? Carly offered him the money, and he couldn’t take it because…? (He told her to duck off? Maybe there were conditions around Carly having a role in Colin’s initiative and he wisely foresaw how that would go and ran for the hills. Colin’s seen some tit, he’s nobody’s fool 🤣) Or maybe she just offered it in the same way that she feeds 4% of the people of Harlow, or is being welcomed into schools with open arms, eg it did not happen.

3. No criteria listed for who can get funding. Could well be the opportunity for Donna to take her business to the next level and bring personalised tat to the good people of Harlow who may not be able to afford it? #bossbabe

4. Leaving the “leftover” £140 k (lol) in the bank account so as not to overwhelm the solicitors (double lol). Overwhelm them with what? Christ knows how any houses in Harlow are ever bought or sold if a solicitors find the distribution of six figure sums overwhelming (not that it would or could have anything to do with them anyway, triple lol).

The money’s gone. Or if it isn’t, she will sit on it like Smaug until the end of time, while HMRC chip away at it year on year.

Prove us wrong, Carly. I will apologise wholeheartedly if you prove us wrong and show us where the money is.
 
Someone else has commented on the Spotted post. They are commenting that they too had problems trying to help the community because of all the red tape.

The red tape is there to stop people stealing funds for their enjoyment. I'm guessing the comment is one of her flying monkeys.
