why will it take time? The only reason I can see is that she enjoys the power of dangling it over people’s heads.

And why does she need another nine months to decide to do with what’s left over? Her audited accounts are due at companies house until January but she can get them done any time after year end. Which is next month.

To reiterate, her accounts do not need to be audited. This is important because she doesn’t even need to use an accountant. She could (if she had some knowledge) prepare and submit them herself if she wanted to. If she uses accountants, they won’t be required to confirm that what she tells them is true beyond checking the year end bank statements and that sort of thing. As the director she is responsible for what makes it into the accounts.

Sure, but it really helps to have an aim to stick to, doesn’t it? We’re still no clearer on what the aim (target?) is, given that it’s not the allotment, it’s not the food parcels, and it’s looking unlikely that it’s the loveable school urchins up to their dimpled elbows in soil either.

Even if the aim was the beatification of St Carly, that’s hit the skids a bit too and I don’t think fighting harder with Your Harlow, the council, Colin, and all of the haterzzzz is going to redeem that situation any time soon…
 
Northern neckbeard is still fighting her corner. I don’t understand her response though. What does ‘do the same and then put me down’ mean?

And what the hell is NN on about? Most schools aren’t council run. The schools that turned down her kid offer to dig over their playing field is an academy trust.

They’re all such simpletons.
