I’m going to totally lose my shit if tits posts about the Matt Choi thing. I’m going to struggle not to message him about the triathlons and all the times they have filmed each other on bikes during races. True, not on e bikes but on bikes ON THE FUCKING courses. No one replied to my complaints. They think they are Teflon, smugly taking selfies.

Next time we report any of them we can refer to Matt's disqualification,. hopefully it will have set a precedent and races will be more likely to disqualify people. But I'm not holding my breath!

Kelly prints out her digital Strava challenge badges and puts them on ribbons so she can present herself with medals frequently.
 
I was a few days off with my lactate testing run prediction, and he didn't manage 20 x 1km. Only 13 minutes elapsed time, he's getting like Kels 😂

Edited to add: No, he didn't pick up a calf injury, he's had a calf injury for his last few training blocks and refuses to take time off to treat it properly and refuses to do any strength and mobility training.
