It’s irrelevant. Tits will be there. She’ll go blind after 16 miles.

If you listened in Science lessons, you’d know that it’s haemoglobin and you are using the US spelling like a wanker. Speaking of which, WTAF is he doing dressed in 2 cagoules? If he really wants to up his haemoglobin, he can do us all a favour and go and live in Flagstaff for a while.

I literally, as a healthcare professional, have no fucking idea what he's talking about. He's making himself hotter to train for a race in a hot country that's in what, 5 weeks time? Does he think blood has memory?

Hey Siri, show me what a fucking gigantic wanker looks like

Genuinely - how did you do it? OTT I know but I was debating whether or not I sign up for a half in summer next year (my running is shite at the moment, I can get a 10k down but it's so slow compared to my pre-baby pace for a multitude of reasons, including not wanting it enough and not having the propensity for lactate testing) but the idea of doing 8 - 10 mile training runs and then coming home to a toddler wanting me to play and be active with him brings me out in hives.
To be fair my eldest was 16 so I could go out and do my long run early on a Sunday morning and be home by 9 and they'd still all be in bed. And because my husband works 12 hour shifts he only works 7 dayshifts and 7 nightshifts a month, and he sleeps on his nightshifts, so he's home (during the day) 21 days a month and does nearly all the housework. He's a bit of a neat freak so I gave up on doing housework years ago because he would always go and do it again! I couldn't have done it before my kids were all at school.
That sensor is £230!!! That’s 3 dental checkups. A three area Botox anti-wrinkle treatment. A decent Lego set for the kids.

But no, £230 so he can have more data to try and eke out the most infinitesimal improvements, only to go out too fast on race day and get another 2:35.
My dental check ups are £40 so that's almost 8 check ups here, that's crazy that they would throw away money on gadgets that aren't going to get him a sub 2:20.

I flipped thru the vlog and her editing and work is so amateur when "content creating" is her job. She looks horrendous for 36 years old. That house is filth. That puppy needs training and will be a nightmare.

You can spot her by her teeth a mile away.

The comments.. "previous disappointments" 😂

A girl saying she also got sub 4 on her first marathon. Took Kelly 12+ attempts, 8 years and no job to run around. Nice little dig that comment 😂
Comedy gold from the person with the one attempt in comparisons to Kells and her 699. Is that person amongst us 👏 🤣.
Also the difference between photos she doesn’t take herself and the ones which have been taken by others always blow my mind. 🤣. Legs apart ten foot pose isn’t so evident in those🤔🤣

Is it run club tonight? What session will we have? Warm up at 8 minute miles because that’s easy, then 42 x 12 seconds with 5.6 second recoveries, followed by 7 x 22 minutes threshy, then a cheeky little 10 x 3 seconds uphill on the lumpy course, followed by a cool down. All this will take about 3 hours of course but Qween Kells and her sheep will have cake to celebrate 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Yes, I'm trying not to feel the pressure to rush back too quickly, especially as ideally we'd like baby 2 next year or soon after. Perhaps when all kids (however many I end up with) are school age it'll be a bit more practical to consider! I think if I was quicker it wouldn't be so much of a problem, but sadly I'm 40lbs heavier and a good 2 minutes a mile slower at the very top of my efforts right now so it's not going to work XD

Hello, me! Just getting back into it after baby 2, he's old enough to buggy run with now (which our older one hated so we didn't do it) so I'm hoping to get out a little with him once I'm over this cold!

It's very hard to fit it in, I think it'll be easier when I'm back at work so I can do lunch runs.

I've lost so much fitness though, I managed 2 whole miles the other day...

If I wasn’t forgetting everything in my life right now, I’d offer but we really need to update the wiki with things they’ve bought, races they’ve entered etc. I have a feeling it will add up to horrific amounts.

Any strava peeps around that confirm whether run club (🎊🎉) went ahead. If it didn’t because she got her sub4 she’s a disgrace. Run club isn’t about you Kelly, it’s about giving up your time for the community.

Until he gets the basics right he can fuck off with all this peripheral marginal gains shit. Do your recovery, do your strength work, fuck off.
