Can someone please explain why Kalvin Phillips keeps laying down? Is it some sort of statement? I keep thinking they will all fall down like dominoes!

It's to stop them going under the wall.

Sometimes when the wall all jump when a free kick is taken the ball goes under and there’s a goal. The player lying down is to prevent that.
