I’m 10 dpo, got excited thinking I had implantation bleeding but today is day 4 of spotting and sometimes it’s gone a bit too red….so starting to lose hope for this month. 😢

Hope everyone is doing ok, I’ve just started my tww, haven’t tried too hard this month and haven’t tracked (with OPK, obviously it’s impossible not to know roughly when you’re ovulating? I can’t switch off fully 🤦🏼‍♀️) will see what happens

i don’t think my partner would take a supplement, he hates taking tablets which he thinks are ‘unnecessary’ which I get but I think anything to help his little sperm would be good 🤣

Do any of your partners take a fertility supplement? If so, which one? Looking at getting my partner one to boost our chances but don’t know what to go for!
I’d never thought of my partner taking supplements - I’ve been taking folic acid but hadn’t thought of him taking any. Might suggest this too

Has anyone considered going private for any tests? I know if i go to my gp i’ll be told to lose weight and not referred so wondering if i would actually get tests done if i go privately or told the same thing?

I haven’t myself but I think the GP should still refer you. My friend has been referred and told to lose weight and stop smoking the GP still sent a referral to stopping smoking at the same time as the gynaecologist

We both take Conceive plus, he takes the Fertility Men's one the past 2 months and it seems to have upped his sex drive so that's helpful 😂
I looked at the conceive plus ones but wasn’t sure whether to go for the fertility ones or the sperm ones. Would cost a fortune if we both took both of them!

Yes. I’ve had two miscarriages and NHS won’t investigate until after 3….can’t face the thought of going through a third before any answers.

I honestly don’t understand their guidelines, I really hope you get the answers you need ❤️ I think i’m going to go down the private route to hopefully gets some tests done quickly so I know what’s wrong and what the next steps should be

Thank you, sending good vibes your way. If/when I get pregnant again, going to go private and ask about progesterone, apparently it can really help, but won’t get an NHS prescription until after 3. A pal who’s a GP recommended a low dose of aspirin daily, but would rather get that advice officially.

Does anyone else struggle with getting a positive ovulation test? I can get a faint line but it never goes anywhere near as strong enough as the control line ☹️
