We watch them for ideas on where to go now and again, and where not to go. They blocked me years ago on YouTube as I offered some advise on getting LPG. Not interested and he said he knew everything. Anyway idiots are for life not just for Xmas. How come they cannot get their fridge sorted? They want to wild camp but that is difficult without fridge. Funny they gave up on going South. We live in a van a third of the year, nobody goes down south in summer.

So glad I found this forum. My husband and I have been watching Dan and Mazzy for a couple years now, from when they were stuck in Ireland. I admit it's a guilty pleasure, like slowing down to get a better look at a car wreck. Speaking of car wrecks--how could Dan be so stupid as to drive around with the brake light showing on the dashboard? He could have killed someone if the brakes failed, which they were about to do. Those lights are there for a reason.

Anyway, it's good to know other people find them as pathetic as we do. To be fair, we do feel sorry for Mazzy. In one of her own videos (has she stopped doing those?) she asked if she should do a vlog on her struggles with depression. I wish she had, as that might have shed some light as to why she stays with Dan. And like so many here, we don't understand how she could be away from her youngest daughter for so long. She's missing her little girl's childhood to spend her days walking around one boring English town after another, followed by cooking a huge meal for Dan. And she'll never get those years back.

The most irritating vlogs for me are the ones with Neal. I know Dan thinks he's funny when he pesters him as he's working on their motorhome--ordering him around, calling him his apprentice, pretending he's his boss, etc. He's like a 12 year old boy who's latched on to a joke that he thinks is hilarious even though nobody else does and he keeps doing it. I can't see how Neal puts up with it. Neal and Emma let them stay for free in their driveway, they give them free home cooked meals and Neal does major repairs on thier motorhome for free. The operative word here is free. Instead, of being grateful, he acts like a jerk.

Anyway, we'll keep on watching them, hoping maybe someday Mazzy will come to her senses and realize she deserves to be with someone better than Dan.

So they openly said they spent 1k doing this stupid makeover on the motorhome and bought all the other bits and bobs to go with it, kettle, mats etc. Then the new camera and the extras to go with that, so all of that must of added up to a pretty penny. Yet they still find free dental care like they are skint. They have 65 patrons! obviously depending on what level each is on as to what they pay each month, They get their payout from Youtube, can't make out what that is from social blade and i bet they have folk who send them money. Either way they must be doing ok to be able to travel so much as the cost of fuel must add up, food and the hotels they stay in as well as the campsites. Tuna!! they both almost had an orgasam over tins of bloody tuna! whatever next.

I honestly think Mazzy would struggle to get anyone better than Dan. They are intellectual equals, but not in a good way. He is a parasite, well versed in the art of taking but he is very much a one-way street, and very little comes from him to others. He is and probably was, and always will be one of life's users and takers.
 
Dan and Mazzy are equals i agree ! They are harmless and do their best to be entertaining..Dan is an introvert ..misunderstood I feel as cold and not caring ! He cares deeply for Mazzy ..I like him and get his humour which others think is having a go at Mazzy ..she adores him and plays the dumb blonde bit her intellect reveals itself in the kitchen ..they are flawed , boring at times yet curiously im still keen to see what they are up to ? be nice peeps
 
He's a puzzle ..he likes the attention but was embarrassed to strip down to his shorts to do the paddle board test in the sea .he said he hasn't worn shorts in years he has body image issues .when Neil and Emma an their other friend were in the casino with them was hilarious.He kept grabbing their tickets and giving them to Mazzy.I would have thumped him if it was me.I think the joke is getting boring and repetitive now ,when Neil is doing a job for them on their van fixing something ,he is in his face ,he would be better off shutting up and let Neil get on will it .

I think , he is smart enough to know that he has to be a bit of a clown , put on a more upbeat out there persona to keep getting subscribers ..to be able to make a living ..they seem to live payday to payday ..hes an introvert at heart ..who dabbles in humour that as you say border's on repetitive dull desperation ..anything for a quid as they say ? I still watch but only when they are out n about or Mazzy cooking ..
 
Mazzy must get botox! her face doesn't move, no expression above her mouth! where does she get that done when they are on the road all the time, but it does explain why they don't upload for a few days every now and then as that will be when her needle holes are healing!
 
Bless their little cotton socks, they are exhausted from all the videos they have been editing and putting up, driving 4 hours etc etc. Wonder what they would be like if they actually had 9-5 jobs then had a house and garden to keep, children to care for and the rest that the average family have to do. All they do is travel at their own pace from place to place, film when and for however long they want to and edit it, do reviews if they want to, and everyone still pays them to do it. duck me you can't get an easier life than that. If they don't film or don't travel for a week or two they will still get 'paid' and i wonder if they declare their earnings to the tax man, would they be classed as self employed?
 
Why are they getting so many reviews to do, of decent products!! Products that are going to be wasted on them. They have never used the bikes they have, they have never used the paddle board even though they have been by the coast a number of times, they now have another bike, a scooter and talk of a hover board. WHY!! These companies need to send them to people who are going to use them to advertise them as well as review them. What is going on with Mazzy's eyebrows ?

I just joined recently to this site, and so glad there is a travel trolls.thrrad, I've been watching this idiots for last year or so, and whenazzy first joined,I liked her, alot, she seemed so genuine, and funny, very down to earth type, and balanced huge ego Dan out, but as time went in, and mazzy lost weight, her head grew and grew and grew and her dizzy act got bigger and bigger along with the flaunt it outfits, and what's really grinding me now is wtf do people who meet them always giving them gifts? Why? They not some huge celeb actors are they, and also now to add, camp site owners are giving them free stays on their sites as long as they g8ve a good review so it seems...
And also loads reviews in stuff being sent to them, that they never use, like paddle boards, electric bikes, electric skate boards coming soon I believe etc etc etc....to me they not in to "Travel" they don't seem to give a toss mich about the areas they go to, they stick to rhesus boring high streets inly, or go to a takeaway and look in estate agents hoping that youtube earnings is going to buy them a house like how inghams got theirs!
Mazzy was gammy hip has now all of sudden repaied itself some how, she walks every just fine, far away cry from wheelchair videos isn't it, and I think mazzys been reading thos thread, because all sudden ditched her awful stupid wigs, and up her game a bit hy putting in hair extensions, which cost a small fortune to be put in, she had this done as in ine of videos before the jubilee weekend she told viewers she's having a gorly day, and bang turns up next video doning hair extensions, rather than say she's gone to hairdressers she makes out she's just doning face masks and self pedicures, she hides a lot of what she spends, and also why does she go around in very short shorts and that stupid tattoo around her thigh, at her age as well lol
