Does this look like a diet he asked.
A tub of ice cream and a large chocolate bar look like what they are.
Binge eating, disordered eating. Eating feelings.
Getting some calorie counts up on screen too for a change. Been reading here again.
 
He won’t be going anywhere on holiday !!! He never does… people need to realise he talks shite full stop it’s laughable 😂😂😂😂 plus he isn’t one year sober , he still drinks now hence the late nights , can’t sleep , slurs his search and goes live late at night speaking utter crap haha
 
He eats like a pig, has disgusting habits. Who thinks is amusing to crunch hard sweets? No wonder you’re single tit the bed John. His rental house is like a pigsty. Highlight of his month was getting his car valeted 😂. Holiday for sober reward. I call bullshit once more. All the pretence having his dinner so late at night… again more bullshit that’s probably your after booze binge meal. Yuck this guy gives me the ick or the boak if you’re Scottish 🤮
 
Notice a lot of sponsored FB and insta for his ebooks. The first lot of tags are #student #studentlife - not that he believes in education but if he had any understanding he would know that students don’t have the space in fridge or freezer or containers to meal prep and nor do they enjoy eating the same thing 3 days running only if they have to! He’s so desperate!

Buying followers and paying to boost posts. He's trying sooooo hard. But then gets all unprofessional on tik tok. He's no idea how to make it make sense 🤯
 
Omfg! He’s talking charging people £2k a month for direct mentorship up to 100 people and he will guarantee results or money back!!

Claire is ripping into him as if he’s done 601 recipes we haven’t seen him cook them! Classic - Go Claire !!

He’s ranting about some people Morgan and Sian and in a foul mood! Poor dog being dragged around in dark. Now says he wishes he worked 9-5 as working soooo hard!!

Was gonna release app so that everyone could report the spelling mistakes and then correct them but now decided to get a proofreader in and all 601 recipes need rewriting 🤣🤣

So he’s slagging this guy off for getting people to buy things for him but surely he seems to have forgotten his begging for bday cards,presents and his wish list with his dodgy cross necklace etc

Nope read out one of hers but didn’t get what she was asking - saying he was too busy to show or cook??? That was exactly her point - how could he have done 601 recipes when there’s no evidence of recipe testing.

So the fact he’s got to rewrite them is probably to take the USA references/measuring out of the ones he’s copied!!

He doesn't stand a chance, thick as f**k, he will have no idea how to change the measurements from cups to grams etc!!

Edited to add...he must have found a site to make sure that all his bought followers are women!!
