I actually think many of her subscribers see T as a young child. If I am honest, when I first watched one of her vlogs, I assumed that she was 18 or 19 max. I was absolutely shocked when I discovered she was 29 (at the time), now 30.
Her behaviour and mannerisms are extremely childlike.
Her subscribers find her 'cute'. The sandwich making, egg, mayo, salt & pepper. Mummy had to boil the eggs?
She gets a shedload of money for putting this content out?

They are the heartbeat! 100%. Massively underpaid too. True angels all of them.
Yes! I saw that when my beloved Dad was so ill. They do everything! They are also very knowledgeable. ❤️

He's saving for a house in Ireland then he'll escape
For some reason, I hold the minority view here that he will be staying with her, and probably eventually marry. From what is shown in the videos, they do seem to match (and by that I am not referring to outfits)
(a) They are both food-centric (however much or little she eats)
(b) They both seem to thrive on details (such as wrapping, fancy socks, plants, clothing in general)
(c) They are both optometrists.
(d) They both, in theory at least, are the same religion.
(e) They both enjoy their outings together.

At this point, Matt seems resigned to Tiffany as his partner, and future wife. He is just used to her, and would most likely miss her company. After all, he is the one who insisted on moving in, according to Tiffany. She was the one prepared to let him go at the beginning of her cancer journey.
What other type of woman would be better suited for Matt?

These videos could be 2 minutes, but nooooo, gotta get to 20 minutes to get the maximum ad watching in there.

I skipped through it like most of you, but I did catch this 10 seconds of pure comedy gold:
“if you know anything about HRT or, like, doing things naturally, please let me know in the comments”

Because, you know, "our girl" is so concerned with things that are natural. 🍔🍫🍟

I like Matt. He seems like a good egg and I love his ridiculous laugh.

I have NO idea what he’s doing with Tiffany. There’s no way they’d still be together if she hadn’t become sick.

agree with c and d but I think the rest is just a guy that got himself in a situation and can't get out right now. He is just playing along. He can't be that boring and seems to have other interests that are on the back burner. Outside of makeup/junk food and shopping what were Tiffany's interest prior to cancer?

Sorry for your loss 🤗

She really seems to have no appreciation this could kill her and it’s stressing me out. As much as she annoys me I don’t want that to suddenly become a reality and her not having prepared herself for it at all.
They are all in cuckoo land. Either that or its a very slow growing cancer and its not as bad as its been made out to be < Thats a real possibility.

I'm not too sure. He

I'm not too sure. He jumped at the chance of moving himself in, rents are high and he was renting a room in a shared house

Well I will say this. I am a carer to my husband who is Tiffanys age. When the going gets tough, its not sweetness and light, laughing and smiles. Its heartbreaking. Matt wont be cut out for it

For people that don't watch, there was one important tidbit. She had a tiny phone conversation with (probably) her gyno where she asked if it would be 4 weeks after surgery that she could take something for her hot flashes, and her gyno said that it would be more like 6 weeks. From that, we at least know that there is a surgery planned - not that I thought Tiffany was lying, but there have been some questions here about whether a surgery is even currently planned because Tiffany hasn't been acting at all like someone preparing for something so life-changing. This is pretty good proof that some kind of surgery is definitely on the table for the near future and that Tiffany hasn't told the doctors that she isn't doing it.

My number one question right now is why so long without treatment. 5-10 pages ago here, someone reminded us that she had additional chemo while she was waiting for the radiation to take full effect, and that was meant as a maintenance treatment so the cancer didn't grow in the meantime. They didn't even want to leave her for 2 months without giving her something meant to ****** the growth. I understand (barely) that if the July/August scans/biopsy showed no growth, then there would be no treatment. But I just can't understand the time between the scan showing growth (in October I think) and now. That's another 2 months with no treatment at all. It's just baffling how it's okay now, when it wasn't in July.

If the dr is willing to give her HRT then this cancer is not one that is affected by estrogen so that is good.

Being a carer to your husband is noble of you. In Tiffany's case, I don't think she expects Matt to care for her other than maybe household chores and cooking, though her mother will do that as well. The task of the actual personal care will most likely fall upon her mom, Stella.
The longer Matt stays, the more difficult it will be for him to leave, the more he becomes intertwined with her family at family gatherings, and the more this becomes his comfort zone of coziness!

I actually got the impression this vlog that she is quite worried about the future- I didn't see her obviously nervous but she mentioned "next Christmas" at least twice- I really feel for her as I think she knows this Christmas could be her last. Hopefully she has many more, she seems to bloody love it!

Definitely felt like this was material from a few days ago. Who on earth are all these presents for? Also got the impression she reads here (I mean she does...if I found it, she will have found it!) mainly as she made a decent effort to eat, tried (but failed) to not buy needless tatt at garden centre, keeps offering to help people, and also I think she has cut back on the mmmmms. The content is really dry, but I dislike her less in these videos. Needs to stop with the Darling stuff though. You just cannot say to anyone (let alone the general public) "my Darling bought me this coat last year". It's like something out of a Dickens novel! Who talks like that? Imagine if she spoke about him like that at work or with people who didn't know him?

I think Matt seems like he loves her, but I just don't get it at all. Agree he will not cope at all well looking after her. I don't think he is gentle enough and I think we are onto something with him being a bit prudish...at least regarding anatomical stuff. That will lead to complications as there's going to be 3 of them quite intimately involved in this relationship (T, Amma and him) and they will be dealing with, and talking about a lot!

Reminder: the morbidity (complication) rate for this surgery is about 30%. So she might be released from the hospital in 2 or 3 weeks, but it could be much longer if she has serious complications. In the US doctors are trying to discharge patients as soon as possible because of the risk of patients getting influenza, COVID or RSV while in the hospital. I worry about Amma doing all the intimate caretaking for who knows how many days/weeks. Since Amma and Tiffany have to learn how to care for the stomas and the neovagina, Tiffany’s sister can’t just step in here and there to give Amma a day off.
