Least Amma got a day off from driving

Haha 😂😂😂

Quite unbelievable how unprepared she is for life changing surgery but how prepared she is for Christmas. Instead of wrapping presents she should be moving her bedroom into the living room and consider buying a hospital bed (approx £600 +) so she will be able to elevate her legs and move her upper body up and down cos she will have no core strength, and get an air mattress. Surgery is going to temporarily disable her. Do the surgeons not tell her this? The less well equipped her house is the longer she will stay in hospital. She’s going to be at risk of pressure ulcers especially because of her weight. She needs to cut her hair into a Bob or even a Pixie cut because nurses will not have time to wash it. She’s obviously completely in denial and not researching ANYTHING. Watching YouTube videos on present wrapping...riiiighhhhttt because that’s the priority right now.
the hair is really getting on my nerves. The experiences I have had with Sri Lankans here in US the woman do not ever have short hair..maybe a cultural thing.

And for the record. And why? Because I don't like to think of genuine people with huge hearts, spending their time in life (which is equally as valuable as T's life) worrying.
If it is true, in todays video, the gynae doctor discussed HRT in 6 weeks time? The surgery isn't being done for palliative symptoms and the surgeons don't feel T if is incurable if HRT is being considered.
My husband was prescribed pallitive immunotherapy with the intent to treat cancer symptoms (not cancer itself), the immunotherapy damaged his endocrine system, adrenal gland, pituary gland, and also was left with damaged sex hormones. Testosterone.
No plan to treat testosterone due to the prognosis. If T was incurable, HRT would be the least of her problems.
T really needs to clarify to her viewers exactly why she is having surgery and want the intent is. Instead she will just let people think she is dying etc. Quite sick actually.

Tiffany’s mind might be warped because of trauma, disbelief and morphine. But Matt? Completely useless. He should be preparing her a bedroom downstairs and making sure everything is accessible.

He’s going to use her house while she’s in hospital living his best life rent free and effectively living as a bachelor.
Surgeon tells T to prepare like a boxer would prepare = T goes to costco to sample some crappy foods.
Spends all their time chatting crap, making sarnies, hot chocolate and other crappy foods.
No effort being made for the future when she is discharged back home. Hence why I am now even questioning what surgery is actually planned for her. PE would take months to recover from. Her gynae doctor is planning to offer HRT 6 weeks after surgery? How is T getting to that outpatient clinic? Makes no sense

Is The Giddy Goat the new Fluffy?

No offence but I personally wouldn't allow myself to be emotionally affected by anything T says. She doesn't care about herself, if she cared she would be following doctors instructions and doing everything in her power to make sure surgery goes smoothly.
I'm not heartless........ far from it, but this particular cancer patient takes the piss out of genuine people.
She put her story out there to the www and invited strangers to follow her journey, asked for prayers and hoped the support would help her get through 'it'. It worked, she has Joan from the black hole in calcuta buying her merch, she has jim from down yonder wanting to pay for T's gas & electricity etc etc. What has Tiffany contributed towards this 'friendship'? She has pimped out her merch. Makes money from pimping out her merch. She spends her life recording and editing videos to make money for herself, all while Joan from the black hole of calcuta is crying and worried that T's not getting enough sleep (because she spends her sleep time editing videos to make money).
She has shared she has had genetic tests, tests to check her hormones, various cancer testing. She doesn't even have the decency to update the ones she's asked for support from?
Imagine how tormenting it must be for her? Tormented enough to be manipulating her audience. Allowing those to speak badly of the NHS staff that are supporting T? Tormented enough to IGNORE fellow patients that have been through the exact same surgery?
T doesn't care less about others.
For the record, I used to care about T and was taken in by the hardship she faces. However, I now feel that she cares about nobody but herself.
100% agree! She displays many traits of a narcissist.

And while I am on my soapbox tonight.......
It upsets me deeply that Natalie the young lady that had PE listened to T's subscribers that was very worried about T. Natalie is suffering hardships herself... She has been 'there', done it (I wont say bought the t shirt), but seriously, she spent her time writing to Tiffany and offering support. T can't reply? Why?
Sue and others from this forum spent their time (valuable time) reaching out to T to offer support? Yep... ignored. T couldn't even be bothered to send a 2 second blue heart? Nothing!
Yet a stranger that sends her a card to the Royal marsden? T is going to buy the sender a card and post it to he/she to say thanks?
Examples of why that woman is selfish and doesn't care less about others. T won't be sending any card, its all words. She can't even respond to online messages with a simple icon to at least say shes read the message.

100% agree! She displays many traits of a narcissist.
Selfishness & rudeness really bug me. Can you tell haha?
In the kidney cancer forum I see patients meeting other patients and forming solid friendships. Really solid friendships with a deep and meaningful bond, because all the patients are in the same position and truely understand each other. Its beautiful to see true friendships flourishing. Nobody is alone, far from it. They have group meets, go on trips together, fundraise together and for many they get more support from fellow patients than they do their own families.
When I see patients and genuine people reaching out to Tiffany and T ignores them? It's just not right.
It's not like she doesn't have time to send a simple reply.
I don't know much about narcissists, but I intend to research and educate myself.

Yes yes yes you are soooo right!
Before my major surgery, I had all my beautiful hair cut off into a pixie cut so as I became stronger, I myself could manage to wash and look after it. I knew the hospital wouldn’t be able to shampoo it often and my husband would try his best but that’s not the same as doing it yourself, so off it came.
I too was in hospital all of last Christmas and well into the new year and the staff were so wonderful washing my hair and doing my makeup for when my husband arrived with our sons on Christmas 🎄 Day … so I am eternally grateful … however … the pixie cut was absolutely the right choice and made life so easy for everyone.
BTW … it’s all but a year post surgery for me and I can just pull my hair into a little ponytail … yippee!
The auto reclining bed and air mattress all such great ideas and so important for assisting recovery to the max. While I do work in the system that saved my life, these were not items of kindness from state health, they were necessities and Tiffany will need every ‘necessity and/or item of comfort she can get her hands on. I can’t believe she doesn’t mention having these conversations or preparing for post surgery as the hospital would absolutely be holding these conversations with her. She’s such a disgrace as an influencer … the fox 🦊 team would no doubt know more!
